Everything from 100% cotton linens, towels and terry cloth robes will be provided along with goose-down comforters and pillows, natural bath products, a welcome basket with healthy snacks, coffee, tea, local guidebooks, etc... We also have a flat screen HDTV, high-speed WIFI internet access and brand new a Air Conditioning system. Guests will have access to the Guest Studio and all of its amenities as well as the newly landscaped back yard and patio with gas fire pit + seating for four, an outdoor dining area, bocce ball court, ping pong table and private, hot water, outdoor shower Residential parking permits will be provided as parking in our neighborhood is restricted to residents and their guests only. Housekeeping and laundry services can be made available during your stay for an additional fee We can greet you upon arrival or arrange for a self-check-in. While located on a quiet, residential street this property is conveniently located within a short walking distance of numerous local hot spots such as: Ghisallo, Jyan Issac Bakery, Love Coffee, Santa Monica Yoga, Local Kitchen + WineBar, Thyme Cafe & Market as well as parks, tennis courts, golf, a beautiful swim center, the beach, plus two Breeze BikeShare locations are also right nearby! Guests can drive, walk, bike, bus, or Uber/Lyft all around Santa Monica. Bike lanes run adjacent to the house and the Big Blue Bus stops one short block away and can take you straight to the beach, the Third Street Promenade, Westwood, etc.. The new Expo line runs from the beach to Culver City, USC, Downtown LA and other locations with a stop conveniently located a short distance from our house. There are also two new Breeze BikeShare stations right nearby. Large living room and kitchenette space and a huge bedroom with plenty of storage. There is dedicated wi-fi and a comfortable office area. The house is filled with artwork from LA artists, to bring a little of the LA streets to the comforts of Burbank. Guests will have access to dedicated Internet Wi-fi, Roku TV, Netfix, Amazon and HBO, outdoor dining area BBQ. A washer and dryer are available if needed. The guesthouse is a separate free-standing building located behind the main house with a private, keyless entrance. We live in the main house. We look forward to meeting you! An additional single bed can be added to the room if needed. The guesthouse has a separate kitchen area, however it is not a full kitchen. There is no stove or range. There is a microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. At this time we do not accept long term guests.

Close access to westside of Los Angeles (Beverly Hills, Century City, Santa Monica, etc.), and less than one mile from some of the best hiking trails in the city. Explore close by Ventura Boulevard, a 20-mile stretch of shopping, restaurants, eclectic shops and more. Centrally located to Beverly Hills, beaches, museums and downtown, this area truly has it all. Please note that we have 2 very friendly dogs that live in the main residence. They are NEVER allowed in the guest house, whether we have guests in residence or not. If you or your family has an allergy or is otherwise disinclined to be around dogs, it's quite easy for us to make sure that they are confined to areas where guests won't interact with them when they are coming, going or in the backyard. If not, and you'd like to meet our pooches, then "woof-woof," because they'd love to meet you!

House is divided - Guest will stay in the Two-Story Main House while Hosts live in the back of house with separate entrance. We are well-traveled creative types on premises in the divided back house. We'll meet you when you arrive and show you the house & yard, and then be available by text or call for any questions. We are more than happy to interact with guests, but also respect that some guests may want to keep to themselves. Walk to Hollywood, Beachwood Canyon, or Franklin Village. Uber or Lyft comes in seconds and takes minutes to Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Echo Park, and West Hollywood. Griffith Park is minutes from the house. Walk to the Hollywood and Vine Metro Red Line Station, The Flyaway bus from LAX drops you off at Hollywood and Argyle just 5 blocks away. It is only 8 dollars. Uber and Lyft cars are everywhere Not Handicap Accessible - we are up two flights of outdoor stairs to enter the house, and bedrooms are up another flight of stairs. This house is not child-proofed so not suitable for children, there are floor to ceiling windows with no child guards.We do have a lovely doodle named Theodore. He is hypoallergenic and does not shed. He is kept in a separate yard and you won't be interacting with him unless you would like to of course!
