Highly recommend staying here! It’s a very nice space that’s clean and very spacious. They’re very responsive and we had a small issue with the bathtub which they fixed right next day. Will definitely stay here if I’m back in town!

The place was very clean. The location was beyond perfect with very cool attractions and restaurants in walking distance. The host had great communication, hospitality, responsive throughout and more than accommodating if I needed anything. This would be my place of choice for next time too!

Awesome place! So nice to find a quiet place to relax in peaceful surroundings, far removed from the everyday stress that is LA, yet convenient to get to places you want/need to go. Hosts let you be in peace, but are available and responsive to requests for assistance and welcome you with thoughtful goodies that make you feel comfortable and at home.

Julia is an incredible host. From the time we booked her home, she was very hospitable and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit LA. The apartment is in a resort-style complex with a great pool and gym; the location was perfect for us. Thanks, Julia, for making our stay memorable.

This location was perfect! The area was nice and clean. 11min drive to Universal. Lisa was wonderful about responding to questions and giving recommendations. Definitely will stay here again!

If you're looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place for you! This place has *everything* (literally) to help you unwind, all you have to do is show up and relax. Not to mention the beautiful mountain views and the awesome drives down the winding roads! Char was super responsive and readily available if you needed anything. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your little slice of paradise. It reminded us as to why we love California so much!

Hardly do I give 5 stars across the board, because as I rely on reviews when booking, I’m sure others do too, but this Janie and Pats place earned it. The space was clean, the neighborhood was nice, and the actual bedrooms and bathrooms… they were amazing. As someone who travels to the SFV often, I’ve stayed in many AirBnbs, many not as shown, but this place is nicer than the pics. Pick this place, you will not regret it.

We had a wonderful stay at Steffanie’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and prompt. The location was great—close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Wow!! So glad we found Eitay’s place! It was perfect and we loved staying there. The location had an incredible view, very nice neighborhood, and a great area. The beds were comfortable and they had so many comforts of home that were greatly appreciated. The owners provided great instructions and were wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

Yair‘s hous was just perfect for our vacation and just like it was described. The check in was very easy and the house was all perfectly clean. There was even a small welcome package with coffe and snacks waiting for us. We highly recommend the house for a trip to LA and we will definately choose thie place for our next trip to LA.

Although Buena Vista Street is busy you won’t hear the traffic noise in this cozy one bedroom house. The house is nicely appointed with a comfortable bed, full bathroom with a walk in shower. The heat pump/mini split heating and cooling system worked flawlessly. The kitchen was complete with a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker and refrigerator. I never had a problem parking. As a matter of fact I was able to park in the exact same place just to the right of the driveway. Be aware that there is no parking every Thursday from, I think, 10:00 till noon. There are plenty of signs posted on the exact time on Thursday that cars must not past. You can easily park across the street during that time. There is a Ralph’s Supermarket and a CVS Pharmacy about a mile away and you’re less than half a mile from I5. All in all a great two week stay. The house is wonderful and comfortable. Everything is the same as the photos. During this accommodation. we haven’t seen Michael. He will offer you the keyword of door before check-in. It’s easy to enter. The location is near the Burbank airport, so I can achieve there soon after arriving. Washing machine and clothes dryer are useful when you have a long-period trip though you need to prepare laundry detergent by yourself. Besides, it’s important to open the window when you fry beef steak even if range hood had been turned on because stimulation of smoke detector will make you embarrassed. In conclusion, it’s awesome room and we will exactly stay here when I visit LA again!

Nice place. Quiet. I had no issues getting in. The bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean. They had a steamer for my clothes which was nice as well.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Wonderful place. Only unfortunate thing is that we were right next to the main entrance so we heard people coming in and out. It only sucked because i was up and i got scared but would have never noticed if i was asleep. Wish i had time to visit the rooftop. It is a must stay. Host is very friendly and responsive. She made sure I was okay even though she was dealing with an 8 hr time difference. That’s service! Close to the beach.

The place was exactly as pictured and very clean. It had everything you need and everything was very well organized and easy to find. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

This place was spectacular. My fiance and I really enjoyed this cozy spot and everything was as described. Place has a vintage look and feel to it that I really loved. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and nightlife that we’re walking distance. Cynthia, I would like to say you are awesome! You were so responsive to our messages and just made our stay much more comfortable. Again thank you for everything.

Great spot in the heart of downtown. Loved the rooftop pool. Very convenient location, close to Dodger Stadium (Go Blue!). Host easy to communicate with. Front desk people super cool. Was nice to have parking too. Would stay again. Be sure to read about the history of this building. Super interesting.
