Access to the Subte (metro) and various means of transportation that connect to the entire city. 15 minutes from Palermo and Recoleta.

Bright loft, super king bed, double glazing, radiant slab, air conditioning and blackout curtains on all windows. Separate entrance, good insulation. My workshop is on the ground floor with completely separate access. Ideal for 1 or 2 quiet people looking for rest near the river and gastronomy, 30 min from CABA and Tigre. Not suitable for events/productions.
