The apartment is inviting, modern and clean, there is a feeling that everything was thought of and nothing is missing. The host Liss is charming, available and answers any questions in a short period of time. She greeted us in the apartment, explained and showed us everything when we arrived despite the late hour. She even allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment until the evening. The location is great, the area is nice with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants and convenient public transportation (subway and buses) to anywhere in the city. The supermarket is in front of the house - very convenient for everything you need. I'd go back to this apartment again on my next visit to Madrid for sure!

The apartment is very clean and comfortable, everything we needed, a fridge, stove, cutlery, washer-dryer, a comfortable sofa, a desk, and everything worked. Ana was a great host, she was in time already at the we set, friendly, very responsive, gave us 2 sets of keys which is sometimes a problem with apartments. the location is good enough just need to know that it's 10-15 minutes walk to the metro, and about 20-30 minutes to every museum and attraction, which for us was great. many coffees, restaurants and supermarkets close by. we loved our stay here!

Absolutely amazing unit. We were a family of 6 and had more than enough space. The bedrooms are spacious (3 bedrooms) and each comes with its own en-suite. There is also a guest bathroom outside. The blackout blinds were a nice touch - very helpful in getting kids adjusted to time zones. I would 100% rent again. Thanks!

I cannot say enough about the hospitality we were shown. We were met in person at the apartment and were walked through everything. They had thought of everything and even had some sweets for my daughter as well as some beverages and snacks waiting for us. After a long day of travel, these extra touches mean a lot. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Madrid.

Had a great stay at Ana’s apartment! It’s right across from a bye sticky building so had a great views. The room was very clean and some cleaning supplies were provided which helped keep us comfortable over several days. Ana was always responsive and super helpful. Great area and price!

The apartment is very well located in the heart of the old town. 3-minute walk to Plaza Mayor and just above the famous San Gines chocolate factory. The apartment is comfortable, on the 3rd floor (no elevator, but the stairs are easy to climb). The small street is very popular with tourists with constant entertainment throughout the day, but the bedroom overlooks the very quiet inner courtyard. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Doris was a superb host, very responsive to any questions we could ask. The accommodation is convenient and in the heart of the city which allowed us to get around on foot and be close to everything. I highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay at Carmen's place. It was conveniently located near a variety of shops and restaurants, plus easily walkable to access public transportation. The space was clean and inviting, and Carmen was very responsive to any questions that we had.

Our experience was excellent. The property's condition, cleanliness, and location are perfect, with plenty of options for food, transportation, a gym, a pharmacy, a hair salon, and a market. Patricia and Miguel are wonderful. We will definitely return in the future.

Perfect place to stay in Madrid. Central location in a vibrant part of the city yet astonishingly quiet in the apartment itself. There is an abundance of nearby bars and restaurants and Alvaro recommended a list of the best. He was prompt and helpful in responding to any questions and he and his family could not have been kinder. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, light and with a lovely terrace shared with the lovely neighbours. Highly recommend.

Francisco was a great host, very good communication. It was a wonderful home for my family of 5 with plenty of space. Location is conveniently located next to Retiro park and a couple great restaurants. A big thank you for ensuring there was a pack and play for our baby. :)

This is an accesible place. The apt has a washer, kitchen, blow dryer and a/c. It is a few blocks away from Plaza Mayor and many other tourist places. Definitely recommend this place.
