Ubicación estratégica a dos cuadras de la zona portuaria, muelle turístico, zona rosa. Se puede llegar caminando a los principales bancos, la Dian, supermercados, droguerías y oficinas administrativas de la ciudad. El inmueble está en el centro en una de las zonas más seguras de la ciudad.

El Hotel Steve tiene una ubicación excelente. Aunque al principio la zona puede parecer algo peculiar, es simplemente parte del ambiente general de la ciudad. Está muy cerca de la terminal de transportes, a solo tres cuadras del malecón donde hay múltiples opciones para comer, y también del puerto donde se toman las lanchas hacia otros destinos. Además, su proximidad a la zona donde abordamos el colectivo hacia San Cipriano fue muy conveniente. A pesar de que los fines de semana Buenaventura puede ser una ciudad ruidosa, el hotel está lo suficientemente alejado para garantizar un descanso tranquilo. Nos sentimos muy cómodos. Un aspecto destacable es que el hotel sigue protocolos estrictos relacionados con el hospedaje de niños y niñas, lo que nos pareció interesante y seguro. Sería ideal que otras ciudades como Medellín o Cartagena implementaran medidas similares. La relación calidad-precio es adecuada, y el personal es muy amable.
