Every time I travel to Lima I stay at these apartments AND I have recommended them to everyone as well. Location is great, the apartment is perfect, there is always a welcome package of food when I arrive, linens are spotless. And the hosts are extremely responsive and accommodating. Absolutely perfect!

Gabriela was a fantastic host. She was responsive, kind, and generous. Whenever we needed something, she was prompt and accommodating to ensure we were being taken care of. This penthouse is close to all the amazing places in Miraflores and a short Uber ride away from wherever you need to go. My family had an exceptional time at this place. The apartment was ideal, providing ample space and a well-equipped kitchen. Our hosts, Sofia, were incredibly accommodating and promptly contacted us to ensure our comfort during our arrival. The exceptionally comfortable beds made us feel at home, and all linens and towels were immaculate. The décor was meticulously crafted to match the photographs, creating an ambiance that was truly captivating. The apartments catered to all the necessities of a memorable stay, including a comprehensive range of kitchen appliances, beautiful showers, and relaxing amenities to unwind after a day of exploring the surrounding attractions. Conveniently, the entire complex is within a 5-10 minute walking distance, and there is a large market nearby. The place was great! We would book again in a heartbeat if we are back in Lima. The location is good and quiet. The apartment is modern, superbly equipped and has everything you need. The kitchen is also modern and the most important cooking utensils and even spices.

Carmen's apartment is excellent, it has everything you need, the location in Miraflores is close to everything. Carmen has quick communication and is always available. Mr. Arturo (doorman) is super helpful and attentive. I highly recommend it.

Raul's place is amazing. Perfect location (5 min walk to the beach), ocean view is unbeatable, and it is close to restaurants in Punta Hermosa. I highly recommend it.

Great, grand apartment with great views. Really good location, walkable, lift goes all the way into the apartment. Roxana has the place squeaky clean for us and had fantastic local recommendations available, too. We also like the old style, grand furniture. The only thing I would have liked to have is heating, as it wasn’t the warmest… Overall definitely recommend it! ☺️

Mabel is the most wonderful host I've ever stayed with. She is so interested and caring, and has a lot of great recommendations for local gems - from excellent restaurants to wonderful cultural events and shows around the city. She is very available, and generally does a lot more than most landlords do. The apartment itself is lovely, very well-equipped. In a quiet, beautiful, and pleasant neighborhood. The bed is very comfortable and everything is clean and pleasant to stay. In short, I had a perfect stay at Branco's thanks to him. I highly recommend this property!

Great little apartment. I wouldn't recommend it if it will be exceptionally hot during your stay, because the road outside is very loud with the windows open. But it was not hot when I visited (April) with the windows closed, and there's a fan you can use too, but no AC. Lisbeth is a fantastic host, super responsive and understanding - thank you!
