First floor: indoor and outdoor barbecue grill, living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, laundry room); 3rd floor (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). Central heating (separate charge). The pool with trees and foliage may have some leaves. Parking for 3 cars.
