Beautiful place and very helpful host- would come back anytime :)

Pros: Osbaldo was a great host. Communicative and friendly. Photos are accurate, the place was pristine, well designed and full of amenities. Location was perfect, walking distance to parks, markets and restaurants. The place is safe, well designed, well stocked , In short this place is: The perfect airbnb. Cons: Shower head was blocked, but I mentioned it to the host and he was keen to resolve it quickly, I am sure the next guest won't have a problem. (This was a minor problem, in an otherwise spectacular stay). Neighbors were respectful, walls are solid concrete. Best sleep I've ever had in Ciudad de Mexico. I look forward to return and I highly recommend it.

Truly a gem in CDMX. Rodrigo was phenomenal and a great communicator. Place was spotless and as beautiful as the photos. We’d be lucky to stay here again next time we’re in CDMX!

Like home, but on vacation! We were lucky to stay at José Gregorio's apartment. And what a pleasant experience! From the first moment it made us feel right at home. The apartment is modern, with a subtle and elegant style that we all loved. Super well located: a few steps away there is an Oxxo, several shops and even a corner with delicious roasted chickens (not to be missed!). On Saturdays, there is a nearby flea market full of Mexican snacks and all kinds of curious items, perfect for a walk and trying a little bit of everything. Although it was rainy season, the apartment became a warm and cozy refuge where we could rest and relax completely. In short: mission accomplished. We had a nice few days as a family! We'll definitely be happy to come back. Thank you, José Gregorio, for being a great host.

I stayed for a week, it was a pleasant stay. Well located, the department. Nicolás attended quickly whenever I had questions. The pools and jacuzzi super clean, and quiet, just what I was looking for! The place has many amenities that can be taken advantage of, games room, gym, sky bar, cinema room next to the sky bar. In general, I had a great time. Thank you!

My partner and I had a three night stay here and it was really perfect for a weekend trip. Josue was super kind and responsive -- they received my luggage before the official check in time, and then again on my out, they let me store my bag there after check out. This Airbnb exceeded my expectations -10x nicer and spacious in person, photos did not do it justice. My friend and I were extremely pleased with the speediness of Jimena’s responses, the thought to all details in the Airbnb, and wonderful door service by Diego. The apt smells lovely and clean, very walkable to lots of cute coffee shops, and safe. 100% recommend and would stay here again!

Very nice 3-day stay in this sweet apartment. The location is wonderful, just steps from all Condesa has to offer and its beautiful tree-lined streets. Mario and the team were wonderful with communication! Clean and spacious, and a large open kitchen. Wasn’t too loud for us at all, as they supply two nice fans which work well for white noise in a bustling part of the city. We appreciated the wonderful artwork, which was very original and felt more like home than a lot of Airbnbs. Thank you for a great stay!

Excellent accommodation, everything is very clean, very central and very quiet. Excellent host, she was always attentive and responded quickly :)

The view is total awe, especially at night. The colors and decor gives the apartment a nice airy feel. Barbara communicated well, there are people that say call me if you need anything, then there are people who really mean it. Good to have a host that shows that level of interest and willingness to help however they can. The location was convenient for every place I needed to go!

Beautiful apartment in a very safe and walkable location. Loved that the building was set back away from the street so we could sleep with the windows open at night and not hear the hustle and bustle of the city. Mara is a very accommodating host who provided a ton of local recommendations and was very responsive to our questions. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to CDMX!

Lorena and Reyna are amazing hosts! We felt at home during our stay. Such a cute and cozy spot in the middle of a lot of restaurants and cafes to walk to. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Would stay here again :)

Maja was amazing — truly one of the best hosts I’ve had! The apartment is beautiful and peaceful, with the added charm of birds visiting the feeder in the early morning. The temperature was great during our stay. Maja went above and beyond — after we left, she found some meds I had forgotten, and sent them over in an Uber. Seriously impressive! Five stars all around!!!

Owner was responsive and detailed. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s in a perfect location with the mall downstairs for anything you need. The view is great and was extra cool with the lightning!

The place is absolutely lovely and ran by a wonderful 24hr concierge team. Noelia & Gabrielle have loads of great recommendations for things to do around Polanco and further out. They've been super helpful in answering our questions and getting a lovely cleaner in for us. Walkable to some great parks and right near the Soumaya museum the apartment is really well located. Roma is only a 15min taxi ride away (without traffic...) and that's got loads of restaurants with many cusines including Mexican. We're hoping to come back and stay here.

We stayed for a medical emergency, and we were able to do it the same day we booked. We always got quick and friendly responses to certain requests. The complex has very clear rules, which makes living together easier in general. Despite being a building with many apartments, we used the pool without any problems. Having the shopping mall across the street makes things much easier. It's a ten out of ten.

We loved our stay at this place in Condesa/Roma Norte. The apartment was super clean, spacious, and looked just like the photos. The location is amazing—right near Parque México and surrounded by tons of great restaurants, bars, and cafes (ie Odette, Tlecan, just to name a few). It was a good homebase. We felt really safe the whole time — there is 24/7 security in the building with the nicest security guards. The host was great—super responsive and helpful whenever we had questions and was very proactive/professional. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a fantastic place to stay for a week in CDMX. Pros: - The location is perfect. Right in the middle of the trendiest neighborhoods in CDMX which has tons of food and is super clean and walkable. - Viridiana is very responsive. We had a minor issue (more in Cons) and she made it right! - The apartment came with free coffee and a large container of filtered water. - The place was spotless, and huge. The patio is really nice, and the building staff were friendly with the check-in. Cons: - The pool was unfortunately broken when we arrived due to heavy rains. They were actively working on fixing it the entire week we were there, so hopefully it will be fixed soon. - The apartment faces a busy road. It is quiet enough with the doors closed, but very loud with windows open. - The AC in the main bedroom does not work since it isn't connected to outside air. (Not a problem for our visit--we mostly kept the windows open to keep things cool).
