We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The sea view is simply spectacular, perfect for relaxing and enjoying unforgettable sunsets. The décor is carefully chosen, combining comfort and style, and unique architectural details are appreciated that enhance the experience. The house is fully equipped, which made our stay very comfortable and practical. The location is excellent, close to services and at the same time private enough to rest. In addition, it is ideal for those of us who travel with pets, as it offers safe and pleasant spaces for them. Definitely a place we'd love to go back to.

Octavio's house is beautiful, and the view is wonderful. The house is located in the Campomar condominium, which is a very established condominium, with good services, local streets, beach (no swimming) and security. The three rooms are comfortable, the living room, kitchen and dining room are impeccable, all with ocean views. The house is VERY well equipped. Communication with Octavio was very simple, friendly and efficient.

The stay was extraordinary, better than we could have imagined, being in front of the sea and with a front-row view of the sunset is priceless, the hospitality of the house, the host and the place is worth a thousand percent. Being able to enjoy the oceanfront jacuzzi and relax from city life is really exquisite. If you're looking to disconnect, hear the sound of the sea and the best sunsets, this is the place for you. From the beginning, Carmen was always attentive to respond to any concerns. She greeted us to hand over the apartment and was there when we left. The apartment is impeccable. Super equipped, comfortable and very well aromatized, you can see the care and dedication of Gloria. Everything is in perfect condition, it has protection on the balcony and the parking is in the underground so the vehicle is very protected. The place is ideal for a family with children the private beach has a super safe pool for them and the sand is ideal for them to play after bathing. The older ones can enjoy in the navigable lagoon with different activities. The place is completely recommended and complies with everything offered in the notice. We hope to be back sometime. We really thank Gloria for all her attention.

Very well located apartment, with an excellent view, the beach is in front and several nearby places to walk. It is old, but very comfortable and has good equipment. I made the mistake of going with my dog sausage and pets were not accepted. I have always gone with her to Airbnb leases without a problem. Nicole escalated it to Airbnb, which she mediated in a great way and she had a very good attitude and willingness to resolve with additional charge. I am very grateful for the flexibility in this situation, in addition to being always available to give details of restaurants and others. I 100% recommend the place, the view is beautiful and the hostess is very close and friendly.
