The apartment is well organized. Cooking utensils, a very useful microwave and a large refrigerator. The stove is not very modern. Good shower. It was very easy to find the property and pick up the key at the front desk. Perfect space to work with fast and stable internet. Safe, clean and quiet building. Beautiful view of the city from the balcony. All kinds of shops within walking distance. Good AC. The bed is comfortable. Eduardo is attentive and the stay went smoothly.

Very comfortable with the apartment. It was super complete. The building had security. And below there was a walkway with restaurants where we went to eat every night, variety and good price. We loved the area where it is located, very nice building and house, embassy area. Beautiful place to walk. We had shops nearby to buy what we needed. And if you were a few blocks, a more commercial area began. Super recommended.

The space is ideal for two people and delivers exactly what it promises. The bed is very soft, perfect for those who like the most cuddly mattress. The balcony is one of the great highlights: it has a beautiful view and is a delicious place to relax. Even though it is close to several bars and close to the Bela Vista Courtyard, the flat is surprisingly quiet, which ensured great nights of sleep. The location is great and the neighborhood conveys a lot of security. The building has extremely polite and caring gatekeepers, who have helped us with everything we need. There is a laundry room with washer and dried (paid aside), which was super useful in our stay. The kitchen has the basics necessary to do well in everyday life.

The tinaja was at the perfect temperature, which made the stay even more enjoyable in this fall season. Very well located house on the river with a great garden. From here we could plan our hikes and reach restaurants on foot. I'm sure we'll be back.

We stayed about 8 days in the apartment, and loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!
