Excellent quiet place to stop for a few days everything you'd need is within 15 Min walk or quicker in a taxi and would stay again anyday.

Good location you can walk to BTS Bangna for 3 mins. Has a lot facility and people who work there are nice. Just only one thing I wish is more comfortable bed it hurts my bed and shoulders a bit for staying 10 days. Thanks for being my host in Bangkok :)

Great host who communicated well and the property is just like the photos shown the area surrounding the property is nice 7 eleven next door and alot of nice restraunts/Food courts and very very cheap street food all within a 5-15 minute walk and the surrounding streets are walkable and not to busy. The gym has everything you need for a basic workout during your stay and the pool is great and also the view on the rooftop of the building is the kind of view you'd normally pay big money to get upto at a view point or restaurant else where in the city. I highly recommend a stay here we stayed for 2 weeks to compete in professional mma and the 2025 Hyrox tournament and had no issues during our stay and because we were there for sports we needed to cook some of our own meals for nutritional purposes and the kitchen had everything you need to cook a healthy meal up and eat it.

Loved my stay here. A soulful, quiet and cosy home in a fun and very authentic Thai neighbourhood. Anchali was a great host helping advise me on local spots and good places to eat. The park next door is so full of character, Muay Thai, running and lots of trees, this is almost worth it alone. Was a great base to explore Sathorn and Yan Nawa river areas, especially with the bicycle provided. Would happily stay longer term, recommended!

We had a great stay here! The place looks exactly like the photos—clean, modern, and well-maintained. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. It’s also conveniently located near the BTS, which made getting around the city super easy. One of the highlights was a cozy cafe - Single Lane Specialty Coffee just around the corner where we grabbed our morning coffee every day. The owner was also very responsive to messages, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had an great stay at FAB House hostel in Sathorn Bangkok, for our family reunion. With 15 of us (20 beds available), the space was perfect. Joy, our host, was incredibly accommodating, contactable and quick to arrange an A/C fix when needed. Her warm hospitality made settling in easy. The neighbourhood was welcoming, and connecting with locals was a joy, treating ice-cream for the kids and greeting people in the traditional Thai manner added to our experience. The hostel had basic fittings, as expected, but the beds and pillows were comfortable. The above-ground pool helped our children cool off, while the adults enjoyed playing pool and ping pong. Overall, we had an excellent time, creating lasting memories in a space that brought our families together. We'd gladly return and recommending FAB House hostel to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay!

Annie and Jira were absolutely incredibke hosts and we felt so welcome, at home and incredibly happy during our wonderful stay in Maison Chan. Everything was perfect and we really loved the area and the home itself was beautifully and tastefully decorated as well as being perfect and comfortable for all our needs. It is a perfect house without any disadvantages, high-end decoration, fully equipped in the house, complete kitchen equipment, all the utensils are clean like new, the bed is very nice to sleep in, the bath towels are also very comfortable. The host of this house was very friendly and promptly provided the response needed at any time, helped us a lot with our itinerary, thank you for everything.

The place is gorgeous and spacious. I was worried about mosquitos when I first looked at the place, but turned out, I didn't get a bite from them. The space is great for a family or a huge group to stay. Although the localtionis close to the main road, it's suprisingly quiet during the night - a good escape from the busy and noisy city while being in the city itself! Will definitely recommend to other people to stay.

A small quiet and wild paradise close to the airport! Tom is very welcoming, pleasant and dedicated and has good contact with the children to whom he offered different activities! We would highly recommend!!

Good value for money. Clean. Air conditioning works well. The pool is on the ground floor and you can access it from the lobby. Also, the lot beside the building has been cleared so there are no longer any trees to view from the apartment. You need a card key to access the building so the security guard will need to bring you up the apartment in order for you to get the keys from the mailbox. Public transportation is not within walking distance so be prepared to take a Grab car or scooter to get to the closest station or your destination.

Exceeded expectations, I was a little worried about the hygiene, but it was very clean, the bathroom and the floor under the bed were all well maintained.

My wife and I adored the property and location. The Skytrain is within a 15min walk. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The community is wonderful, everyone is extremely kind and welcoming. Wei is a terrific host and always responded promptly. The property is a well-designed loft apartment with a lot of amenities. It really felt as though Wei and his family tried to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible, we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We extended our stay several times and would absolutely stay again. Wei is a great host and the property is terrific!

Namm's place has an amazing view of Bangkok and is in walking distance of a lot of street vendors and authentic Thai foods. The room was very clean and quiet. It's a little difficult to find as there are two buildings but once that part is figured out it's smooth sailing. Enjoyable stay and already missing it.
