Отличный дом ,с 3 небольшими спальнями Встречали с друзьями Новый год Есть все необходимое для готовки 😍

Отличный таунхаус на территории Crystal resort. Заселение через рецепшн отеля, есть место для машины. Дом находится под управление отеля, поэтому постельное белье и ванные принадлежности на хорошем уровне. Так же есть сауна, после катания очень классная опция! Хозяин оперативно отвечал на все вопросы! Рекомендую!

This place was amazing! We were warmly welcomed with delicious Georgian breads and wine. They really took care of us: treating us on the most delicious food, warning us for upcoming snow in advance, they even paved the snow of the outdoor playground and gave us a sledge for the children. The location is amazing, beautifully surrounded by mountains and very peaceful. And the house was so cosy and clean - we immediately felt at home. Thank you so much! We hope to come back one day.🙏❤️

Локация отличная, рядом отель где можно хорошо завтракать 40 лари с человека. В отеле есть бассейн, стоимость 60 лари с человека. Рядом каток с прокатом, есть прокат санок и снаряжения для лыжников и сноубордистов. Подъемник в 5 мин ходьбы от дома. Дом чистый и теплый. Есть сауна внутри дома. Есть 3 ванных комнаты с душевыми кабинами, раковиной и туалетом. Вместительный холодильник на кухне. Удобные матрасы и подушки. Из минусов - не работал wi-fi и не смогли настроить воду в ванных комнатах - вода была сильно горячая или холодная. Дом отлично подходит для семьи с детьми.

Nata is a brilliant hostess, she always helped us with any questions, and the stay in the house was very comfortable and wonderful. the house has warm water, light, washing machine and mini fridge! on the top floor there is a large free terrace for watching movies and dining with a breathtaking view of the Borjomi hills!🤩

Второй раз арендовал это жилье. В этот раз отмечал здесь Новый год с друзьями. Приятно порадовало украшение жилья: гирлянды, мишура и ёлка. В общем хозяева очень постарались обеспечить праздник комфортом и уютом, я за это очень благодарен и очень ценю эту заботу! При посещении Боржоми буду продолжать останавливаться только в этом доме и всем рекомендую :)

Everything was amazing in this villa, good view and good location, just need little bit care of the cleaning and we we’re looking for cleaning tools we didn’t find any, No garbage bag, No soap to clean, No broom. I think all of that’s comments above Tinatin will solve in future and I recommend any one thinking about visiting Bakuriani rent this villa.

Nice house, peaceful neighborhood. We stayed there with 8 people and we fit perfectly. Each room had a bathroom and shower..We used the kitchen to cook breakfast. The host provided us with firewood for the fireplace the sauna was very pleasant as well.

We had an amazing stay at this house, and it truly exceeded our expectations! 1. The House: The house fully matches the photos provided in the listing. It’s spacious and comfortable. We were a group of four, but it’s clear that the house can easily accommodate even more people. There are three very warm and cozy bedrooms, perfect for a winter stay. 2. Outdoor Space: The large yard and the dedicated barbecue area were fantastic additions. We loved spending time outdoors, even in the colder weather. 3. Host: The host was incredibly responsive and quickly addressed all of our requests, making the stay even more pleasant. 4. Recommendations (not drawbacks): During our New Year’s stay, we noticed the living room floor could get a bit cold, so we recommend bringing warm slippers for extra comfort. In winter, it’s a good idea to leave a small stream of water running overnight to prevent the pipes from freezing. Overall, we absolutely recommend this house! It’s a wonderful place to stay!

Very nice place. Garden with a beautiful view to the mountains. Close to Central Park. A lot of cafes with delicious Georgian cuisine nearby. Recommend!

I recommend it 100%❤️ Very comfortable house, very clean and tidy❤️ Nini, the house owner, is very attentive, will help you with everything and will respond in a timely manner❤️ It is a convenient place, close to restaurants, shops, 25 ski park. It is in a quiet and peaceful place, it is definitely worth a vacation.

Thomas and his wife are so loveable, and we're very accommodates gave us mineral water and apples from their tree and grapes from the garden even offered us some koniak:) just to visit them it was worth it definitely will come again:)

It has a great view, and the hosts are very responsive and kind. The location is excellent. It's easy to walk to the park, the bus station, and restaurants.

Все отлично! Продумано и по-домашнему. Чисто. Отличное расположение. Просторно уютно и тепло. Кровати удобные белье чистое. Давид всегда на связи, отзывчив к просьбам, немедленно решает все вопросы. Спасибо за гостеприимство. Приедем ещё.

Nona замечательная и гостеприимная хозяйка, общение с ней было легким и дружественным. Внутри дома все в новом состоянии. Теплые хорошие одеяла, под которыми прекрасно спится. Во дворе есть три террасы на разных уровнях, где растет вкусный виноград, из которого было сделано вино, которым нас угостили. Для детей есть качели во дворе. Горячая вода без перебоев. Расположение рядом с большим хорошим магазином и дорогой в парк. Nona, спасибо за теплый прием, хорошие советы и удобный дом.

Были всего один день с целью протестировать место, людей в деревне, дом ☺️ Туристов нет вообще, только местные, почти никто не знает русского/английского. Магазинчики продуктовые есть. Дом в центре.Весь первый этаж был наш, террасы на первом и втором этажах. Горячая вода, душ, печка, вся посуда, много пространства, тишина 🥰 Выспались отлично, уезжать не хотелось. Поняли, что это именно то место, которое искали: Природа, масса живности поблизости (коровы, овцы, куры), доброжелательные местные. Думаю, скоро забронируем как минимум на 2 недели. Спасибо хозяевам: привезли из Боржоми, обратно на автобусе сами

Eine absolute Empfehlung! Very friendly host! Die Suite war super sauber, sehr geräumig und toll eingerichtet. An der Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt, es war alles vorhanden, was man so benötigt. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 👍

We loved our stay at Ani’s place. The apartment must be recently renovated, so appears quite modern and is also very clean. The room is well thought and the kids particularly loved the “2nd floor” :) Ani is a great host who promptly answered all our questions and gave all necessary instructions. I’d recommend the place without hesitation.
