A stone concept villa made entirely of natural stones with forest and nature views in Çakallı, the land of Çakallı Menemeni. It is 25 km from the center of Samsun and can be reached in about 20 minutes. Our villa is right next to the forest. Our villa consists of 2 floors, with 1 suite with a Jacuzzi on the upper floor and 2 bedrooms and a large living room + kitchen on the ground floor. There are separate bathrooms and WCs on both floors. It has a 250 m2 garden and a complete wooden patio in the outdoor area.
