A kitchen and a large bathroom (with shower and bathtub) are at your exclusive disposal. This studio is the ground floor of my house. But the entrance is independent, the keys will be entrusted to you. The terrace and jacuzzi on the side of the house are shared, priority is given to guests

On the edge of a peaceful village on the right bank of the Seine River a few kilometers from Fontainebleau and Samois sur Seine, 40 minutes by train from Paris, this very spacious flat sleeps up to four people in two or more fixed beds in separate rooms. In the living room more guests could possibly be accommodated for an extra charge per person per night. 4 crash pads are available to climbers on site at a minimal extra cost.
