Welcome to the Old House, a unique and old house in the heart of Samnanger. Between the fjord and mountains, the house is centrally located at the center of Bjørkheim with a short distance to the fjord, the beach, mountain peaks, shops and places to eat. The house is a charming gem from 1750 with unique history and character. It has modern standards, including newly refurbished bathrooms. There are two separate bedrooms on the 2nd floor, with four beds. The home is located right at the bus stop with a good bus connection to both Bergen and Hardanger.

Amazing views of the ocean

Experience spectacular views from the Bird Box, located at the top of Ørnhaugen on Langøy. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view all the way to the North Sea, with sunset on the horizon over Algrøy. When it blows on the ocean, you can see white sea spraying up islets and cut all the west to Løno. If you arrive by kayak or boat, you can walk to the bird box from the spring. House close to Kvamskogen and Bergen.

A lovely, beautiful little house on a small peak. Beautiful views to both fjord, lake and mountains. Here you can enjoy the silence and the view undisturbed in a sheltered environment. This unique house was also on the TV series program "Time for Home" on TV2 in 2019. There they refurbished the kitchen and dining room. If the dates you want are not available, or if you want a longer stay, you can contact me by message when you book and I may be able to extend the availability.

"Drengstovo" with a lovely view in Hardanger

Drengstova", an apartment that is located in the barn with a private balkong facing the fjord, Sørfjorden. At the dock it’s nice to take a bath, fish or just enjoy the view. Fogefonna sommerskisenter is one houer by car from us. There are many fine hiking in the surrounding area. The most famous are Trolltunga, Oksen and the waterfalls in Husedalen,Kinsarvik. It's nice to cycle along the fjord into Agatunet or against Utne with Utne hotel, and Hardanger Folkemuseeum .

A gem at the sea.

Peaceful and nice place about 4 km past Strandvik city centre. Where there is a shop-resturang/pub and great park. Sand volleyball courts are there too. The house is idyllically close to the sea. Canoe can be locked and the fishing possibilities are good. The boat in the pictures can and can be used. We have and some bikes that can be borrowed. Great for anyone who wants to vacation in a quiet setting. All washouts take care of the host
