Erik's home is a well kept secret along with the beach, Playa Carrillo. We will continue to return yearly as the whole experience; the beach, the town, the restaurants and especially Erik's home are just outstanding. Every facet of our vacations there have always been 5 star. I want to thank Erik and Damaris for sharing their slice of paradise with my wife and I, thank you!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The space was perfect for our family of three for 5 nights—plenty of room for everyone to relax and feel at home. The location couldn’t have been better—just an 8-minute walk to the beach and close to great cafes and restaurants. One of the highlights was watching monkeys from the balcony—such a special experience! The infinity pool was gorgeous and a great way to cool off and enjoy the stunning surroundings. Also worth noting—the mattresses and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and I’m usually quite picky about that. We all slept so well! Our host was amazing—proactive, helpful, and genuinely friendly. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We had a great stay at this fantastic rental in Nosara. The house is very spacious and well equipped, the pool and outdoor space are private and beautifully landscaped. Koru was a wonderful host, he was very friendly and attentive, sharing with us some local activities. I would definitely recommend!

This is a great little house in Playa Pelada! We enjoyed it very much! Maria was very easy and accommodating to work with. The house was very clean. Housekeeping did a great job and we appreciate having laundry service a couple of times during our stay. It makes it so easy to pack light. As mentioned in the listing, there was construction going on next door during daylight hours, but very peaceful at night. We didn’t know the area when planning the trip. So glad we stayed in Playa Pelada instead of Nosara/Guiones. It is a quieter residential area. I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing 3 bedrooms in that area.

We loved our stay. Very clear instructions, great communication. The house is cozy and clean, and the pool was so refreshing after long walks in the sun. Rick and staff were very helpful with booking transportation. A short walk to our favorite breakfast spot, Sunrise Cafe and a market with everything you need. Very walkable to Nosara Beach Hotel / the beach/ La Luna / Playa Guiones. Plenty of great restaurants within 1 mile. I’d recommend a golf cart rental to make local travel even easier. Seeing of howler monkeys on the property was a unique experience. This was a special trip and we will be back.

John and Carla were wonderful hosts before we even arrived. My family and I were receiving information and communication was clear on how to get to the house, what was included, and recommendations for the area. The house was absolutely beautiful, very peaceful, rooms were spotless, and we were welcomed with open arms from both Gerardo and Elieth. Gerardo and Elieth could not have been more welcoming and friendly. They both made sure we had everything we needed, laundry was done, and the house was always spotless. Elieth made us a wonderful breakfast each morning and we paid extra to have her cook dinner one night for us (she made a local Costa Rican dish with both vegetarian options and beef options for a very reasonable price- $80 for 5 people). Gerardo always made sure the outside steps were clean and dry so no one slipped. Neither spoke English but we had a great time learning Spanish and had no issues communicating with either of them. I cannot recommend this home enough!!

This house was our home for a couple of weeks, and it was exactly right. It's beautiful and spacious, surrounded by lush landscape, wonderful details. It was the perfect location for us, as we were a group of friends all doing different things that were all accessible - surfing, yoga, ceramics classes, etc. The house was also great for everyone to hang out in the together comfortably and go swimming in the beautiful pool and make meals together. There was a beautiful pixote that visited, and a family of howler monkeys that ate the little papaya tree in the yard. Heaven! This place is perfect, and in a perfect location. Would book again for our next Nosara trip for sure.

Our stay at Casa Nube was beautiful and memorable. Helena and Maria were always responsive and helpful. Know that you are staying in the jungle. Power is going to flicker, internet may be spotty, and the roads up to the house are bumpy, but manageable. The views are incredible, the pool is a game changer (the tile surrounding can be slippery, so just be cautious), and the wildlife outside your door is unreal! Feeling very lucky to have had the opportunity to spend two weeks in this beautiful country and glad Casa Nube was a part of our adventure!

Perfection! Beautiful! More than enough room for our group of 9. Lots of bathrooms, showers, outdoor and indoor gathering spaces! Amazing pool! No detail left out! The home owners and property managers were amazing! Loved every minute! The beach was walkable! The little town of Samara offered lots of shops and little restaurants!

This place is truly magical. Elizabeth went above and beyond for everything! From setting up at home chefs, to answering all my questions, to wonderful recommendations for dinner our last night. The house and property is magical. It’s the first vacation that I truly disconnected, and it was because of the amazing property! If you are thinking of booking this property, do it! I also wanted to just say Sandra and David (property caretakers) were so kind, the dinner they made was wonderful! David even played the guitar for us! I would also recommend Chef Nelson, his food was next level! Thank you Elizabeth- we will be back!

Casa Mareva felt like our home away from home. This was our second time in Nosara and it was even more of a wonderful experience because of this little jungle oasis. Truly, could not get more magical than Casa Mareva. We quickly found out just how close we were to the beach and spent every morning taking a stroll down to the water and over to La Luna (a personal fav) for a cup of coffee. The monkeys visited frequently (particularly in the morning) and we caught glimpses of ardillos and pizote's throughout the day as well. Afternoon thunderstorms were so peaceful in our little villa with the screen doors open and the pool was such a fun communal space for us all to come together and soak up the jungle. Despite the open, fresh air feel of each individual villa - bugs were mostly kept at bay. Beds were cozy, bathrooms were dreamy (particularly the primary villa's bathtub,) and the space was warm, welcoming and beautifully decorated. We had the best time and would absolutely book again.

La casa está perfecta. Es muy amplia, cómoda, tiene espacios muy apropiados para poder disfrutar el grupo completo de 12 personas, la piscina y todos los adicionales súper bien Lo único que añadiría como sugerencia es que hace falta el aire acondicionado. El lugar es muy caliente y la casa conserva el calor incluso durante la noche. Eso haría que sea genial

This house is amazing! The views are breathtaking. The house is clean and comfortable. It had everything our family needed . We particularly enjoyed the pool. We were able to walk to town and the beach. Nalu was very helpful with recommendations for transportation and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay so much!

Casa Jobo is the perfect place in Nosara - far enough away from the crowds but close enough when you want to partake in Guiones activities. Additionally, the property is amazing as it was the perfect size for us and for friends when they visited. The pool and the outside property is beautiful and David and the rest of the team are exceptional - always there for you when you need. Can't wait to be back!

Our stay at Villa Lola was amazing. We had 3 families stay there and we all felt so comfortable and relaxed. They made everything so easy for us. You can walk everywhere from there and if you can’t, David will help with any transportation, and/or activity you would like to do.

This place is amazing. The view from the terrace is incredible. We spent most of our time in the pool and the outdoor kitchen. Be ready to see variety of animals and insects from the house :). The host team was always responding to my questions within couple of hours. Couple of things to note. The house is 10 mins away from Samara by car, walking could be done but it would take some time. The house is on a top of a hill with a very steep hill so be ready for it. There is AC in the bedrooms, but it is not really providing enough so we had to use fans additionally. There is not AC in the base floor and it can be very hot during the day. I would come back to this place anytime.

We had a great time at Marion's place. We enjoyed the pool, the jungle views and the proximity to the town and beaches. Jacquie, the property manager was very attentive and easy to communicate with and had great recommendations about surf lessons, restaurants and things to do in the area.

This has to be one of my favorite stays. I really enjoyed coffee with the birds every morning. The pool was great the house had everything you need and more. I absolutely loved the location and how easy it was to walk to the beach. It’s a great place to relax unwind and catch a beautiful sunset. I would recommend 10/10.

Ich würde die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen! Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem fast neuen Ferienhaus. Der naheliegende Strand war auch toll. Das einzige Manko wäre das man im Pool aufpassen muss, weil sich dort einige Fliesen ablösen.

Very clean and private home. Very close to town and the beach but feel tucked away and can hear monkeys in the background. We would book again.

LIM Villas was a great place to stay, very peaceful and close to an incredible beach. We enjoyed many sunsets and beach walks and also fell in love with BernarDos and their incredible staff<3 Isis and Carlos were super helpful with recommendations and very responsive to any questions or needs we had. We had no issues with directions, everything was very clearly communicated. The layout of this little villa was great and the outdoor shower and pool were a perfect addition! We also spent time in the mornings listening to and watching the howler monkeys frolic in the the big beautiful guanacaste tree. Don't forget your binoculars, there is so much to look at:) We felt very safe and comfortable, would definitely go back. Thank you for everything!
