2 lovely rooms in old town house

Situated in one of Salzburgs oldest areas, our 300 yr old house is central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery sits on our doorstep. The apartment has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, and a small bathroom with shower. The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (5€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

The double bed has a size of 180 × 200 cm. Surrounded by various restaurants and the most famous sights of Salzburg, it offers an ideal location to explore Salzburg.

Sylvia was very kind and her place was wonderful! She met me at the gate and brought me inside, showed me around, and gave me great recommendations. It's only a 5 minute walk from the bus stop and a 10 minute bus ride from the city center where there are lots of attractions. Location was wonderful and the room was a very comfortable and cozy place to stay. There were nice touches like a tea kettle and an assortment of tea bags in the room. I would happily stay here again.

A dream house for us! The smell of wood in the house and there is clearly good thought about the construction. Every morning 2 fresh eggs at the door, a small gesture but with a big impact. Nice hikes made in the area. In short, we enjoyed it enormously.

The accommodation was exceptionally clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail, you felt comfortable from the first moment. It was very nice, everything fit perfectly, from the amenities to the atmosphere. I would especially like to highlight the small, loving details that made the stay special. The host was super helpful and always approachable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place, it is definitely worth a trip and I'd love to come back.
