Monthly Rentals in Salters Point

Monica & TJ’s listing is exactly as pictured and described. It is spotless and well appointed. The extra little touches such as quality shampoo, conditioner, shower gel (not Wally World brand), snacks, and of course the pastries upon check in- are so nice. These things tell me that they care about their guests and their experience. Great binder on the “How to use” + suggestions of things to do, restaurants, etc. Very helpful! The best part was how close to the beach this rental is! 100% would stay here again; experience to value ratio = A+ !

We were so thankful to find Chris and Jenny's guesthouse on short notice. The Swift's Nest is a farm stay at its best, with big windows overlooking the fields and forest. Set far back from the main road, we just heard the sounds of birds at sunset and in the morning. We had a couple chilly nights and so appreciated the beautiful woodstove near the comfortable bed. The skylight in the bathroom is also a lovely detail. We hope to return in warmer weather to take advantage of the outdoor shower :) Thank you, Chris, and can't wait to visit again!

Felicia's place was wonderful, well designed and felt very cozy. You pull right up to the front door that helps you avoid street parking on the narrow road. She prepared a lovely basket to welcome us to the home, with snacks and a bottle of prosecco to celebrate. I was very pleased with her communication and thoughtfulness; there is a ton of amenities in the home, a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom and lots of recommendations for things to do. A beautiful space and person.

The place was incredible. It was beautifully kept and clean down to the sheets and towels. The view is unbelievable of the water right across the road. There is a beautiful park right next to the house if you have little ones that need to run. The kitchen was pristine, with wonderful appliances. The bedroom on the first floor was perfect for my mother-in-law, who can't walk up the steps. She had her own bathroom with a shower to herself. The rest of the bedrooms were upstairs. The beds were so comfortable, you didn't want to get up. She has provided so many extras, like shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and creamer. We honestly didn't have to go out to get any supplies. It was pouring when we arrived, and having the ability to open the garage and unload was extremely appreciated. I can't say anything bad about the place, I guarantee you will love it. The next time we are up that way, I will definitely stay again. Thanks so much for your hospitality!!!! Bonnie
