Up to 6 people can be accommodated comfortably. It has two bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed for two people, two full bathrooms, large kitchen, dining room living room and laundry room.

It has high-speed Wi-Fi and the best part is that there is only one apartment per floor.

You will enjoy a large balcony with a good view and fresh air. Jacuzzi upstairs is available and also a basement garage. Beds for up to 2 adults and 1 kid up to 1.3 m tall (the kids bed is small 1.4 x 0.8 m)

Julia was very helpful and cordial. We arrived earlier than we thought and she was already there to take care of us. The building is relatively new, it has a garage in the basement and the apartment has everything you need to spend days of cold or warm comfort.

A great place to stay in a nice area of the city that isn't too loud but walkable to centro and with some good supermarkets. The space was clean, peaceful, comfortable and felt homely and spacious. It was also nice to have the balcony and the kitchen was great for making simple meals. The host were always on hand with help and tip.

A really great stay, we felt right at home. The host welcomed us so nicely with a very clean apartment and recommendations. We felt very safe in the area and very happy as there was a great empanada place just a 5 min walk away.

I stayed at this place for a month and highly recommend it. It is located in a very quiet area, in a new and peaceful neighborhood, close enough to a supermarket, gym and other services. I even took yoga classes on a farm a few minutes' walk from the house. Juan and Milagros were very attentive from the first moment, always with a good attitude and available for whatever I needed. The space is beautifully decorated, very clean, and the kitchen is super complete: ideal for long stays, it has everything you need to cook comfortably. From the bedroom window you can hear the sound of the stream that passes behind the property, a true peace. The sun enters through that window in the morning, while at sunset it sets through the living room, overlooking the estate. The views are the best. The internet was slow, but they did their best to fix it quickly. Thank you for everything! I hope to be back soon☺️

Everything is highly recommended. The apartment is centrally located, very close to the square, which is a fantastic advantage. The price and amenities are another strong point and of course the good communication with the manager. That's why I recommend the place and give my positive opinion.

The dto is much nicer than you can see in the photos, with a beautiful view of the hill. It's comfortable, clean, and has everything you need for a few days in the city. It is close to downtown and even more so to the Peñas area (Calle Balcarce), so you can do everything on foot. On these hot days, the air conditioning came very well, and that I had supplies for breakfast, so before the excursions you can have a drink, without going out to buy. In addition, it has an incredible and comfortable shower. M. Elena is very attentive and predisposed, not having any inconvenience with the schedules of arrival and departure. Meet us at the door on arrival and accompany us on the exit, even calling the remise. Highly recommended, the Dto; M. Elena as Host; and of course Salta, really La Linda.
