We stayed for a wedding in Hampton. The house was spotless, and amenities were very thoughtful. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and felt right at home. And, this little place is just a few minutes' walk to the beach. We loved early morning walks on Buckroe Beach and our son loved fishing off the pier which was very close to the house. We would highly recommend and will plan to stay again when back in the area.

So wonderful to have a lovely place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. Cute home, very comfortable bed and uncluttered, yet not spartan room. desk, tv, closet, bedside table and lamp and simple decor. Clean and quiet. I would hope to find the rooms available for future visits to Norfolk, VA. Yes in Ghent, close to ODU, downtown, and quick drive to Va Beach.

We loved staying here. Her and her husband were very friendly along with their cat LEO!! We had the bathroom all to ourselves down the hall and we’re not ever bothered by them. We would stay there again in a heartbeat if we go out to Norfolk again. Totally great place to stay!!!

We had an amazing time at this beach house! I vacationed here with my mother for her birthday, and it was the first trip she'd taken in years. I'd also say it was the best. Peaceful, beautiful, and a short walk to the beach. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a chill, restful getaway!

It was a great location for our out of town family, here for Christmas. They felt right at home, I would book it again. You can enjoy walking around the canal, use the deck, and grill, all year round. Buckroe Beach is right down the road.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Everything was spotless and very well maintained. It’s clear the hosts take great pride in keeping it clean and comfortable. My 2 dogs and 9 month old loved the open space and spent all her time crawling & walking around! The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always available to help with anything we needed. The location was quiet and easy walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
