I grew up loving to be in the kitchen of our backcountry house in France, learning from my grand parents and parents who would cook everyday for us. When I moved out of the family home, having a good kitchen was definitely a big criteria for me to keep cooking and baking as I needed and experimenting new recipes. After an exhilarating 18 months World Tour with my husband, we settled in SLC at the beginning of 2019 and I was so happy to have a fully equipped kitchen again and I rediscovered my love of cooking for others! With now 3 years of cooking professionally to share my love for food and hosting, I focus on flavors and seasonal cuisine inspired by the homemade meals I enjoyed while growing up.
