Extremely new apartment. spotless daily cleaning. Windows and doors don't let any outside noise go through. Blackout curtains allow you to sleep until later. Very attentive GAV Resorts staff. Ease of being answered by Lucyvaldo. In short, I will be back soon and it will be in the same Apartment with Lucyvaldo de Host.

I made the reservation for my mother and her friends, they loved staying at the resort, well-structured apartment, organized, clean and everything working perfectly. I highly recommend it.

The host met expectations from the beginning, always answered questions kindly, clearly and quickly. The apartment has a complete, clean, organized, spacious structure, as stated in the statement. In addition to a kitchen with electric stove, cookers and utensils. Ideal for the family, with leisure areas. A differential of Park is the parking lot being covered and with easy access to the building's tower, with a nearby elevator. I recommend it and would come back more often.

Perfect stay in Salinas, Pará! Our stay at this house was just fantastic! The house was very nice and clean, with a great location and enough space for everyone. The layout of the rooms was very well thought out – thanks to the glass windows, you could see and communicate from anywhere, which made for a particularly open and cozy atmosphere. Another highlight was the hammock, which was perfect for relaxing and enhanced the feeling of home. My family and I felt very comfortable here and had a wonderful time. Communication with the host was also easy and straightforward. Overall, this house left a very positive impression, and we would love to come back anytime. Highly recommended!

excellent place close to the beach and very quiet. Marcelo meets super fast and is very attentive. the house is impeccable, just the detail of not having a heated shower in the bathrooms. in the most fantastic area barbecue pool and the extremely comfortable rooms. I recommend too much.

We had great times in the house, very beautiful, organized and comfortable.. well suited to the photos, very clean and pleasant. By the outskirts of the condominium, the infrastructure is not very good. You need a car to get around to that place.. and maybe by the rainy season now (March) there were many mosquitoes in the city, for those who have an allergy to stay alert. But Atalaia beach is wonderful!! For those with a child is perfect, sea pleasant temperature, waves in the right measure and many ponds.. my son loved it!! Thanks for the experience 🙂

I could not go with my family, we had family problems, so unfortunately we did not have the pleasure of going to enjoy the excellent space of Vanessa, we were very sad that we could not go. Nira's space is designed in every detail to please the customer during their stay. The location, cleanliness, kitchen utensils, fast internet with Smart TV, bed linen and towels, common barbecue area, sauna, pool and an ice maker that is a big plus for the kids are excellent. In addition, the location is next to the shortcut street, which makes it much easier to access the beach in a quieter area. The hostess was quick to respond and always asked to meet our needs, it was worth every penny spent, it was really very good.
