The condominium and the utilities of the apartment meet the expectation. All bedrooms contain air conditioning, very cozy place to relax. The condominium has a great leisure area and an ice machine that helped a lot. The beach in front is not very suitable for bathing, but the others surprised.

Tatiane and her husband are great people. We are comfortable and that includes Dollar, my puppy. The place is very close to the beach and is great to rest away from the agony of the city. Air conditioning worked perfectly, television and sofa are new and the house was clean. Ideal house for up to 3 people Deixo here my thanks for the patience my puppy had, this is worth a lot ❤️

Elane is an excellent hostess , with great empathy and always very concerned about our well-being. They were wonderful days, the accommodation is impeccable, very clean and organized, it has all you need to stay for several days on site, we have nothing missing. At the end of the year, water is usually lacking in the Island, but her house was not missing at any time. The beach in front of the condominium has many stones, but about 200 meters to the left has an excellent beach with fine sand, hot water and no waves, excellent for children. The beach is so good that we don't need to leave in any day to look for other spaces on the beach. We love the site and will definitely be back

I spent five days with my family, and they were the best days I've ever had. Beautiful, airy, clean, very comfortable house, fans, outlets, several bathrooms, comfortable beds. We felt at home. Everything was perfect. The pools are much better than they appear in the photos, the large one is deep enough and the shallow one has a whirlpool. I loved it. I only have compliments to make. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the caretaker, Gil. Very kind, polite, helpful, he helped us whenever we needed it, brought us coconut, mango. He helped us find our way around, made our experience even more magical. Just gratitude. If you have any questions about the house, or need advice, you can rest assured. It was all wonderful. The beach is very close, and the sea is very nice.

We love Julia's house. Well located, large and cozy house well ventilated, and with an equipped kitchen. Difficulties ? Of course we did. As we had a group of 8 people, we generated a lot of food to store between days. There were no containers. We had to buy to quickly solve the problem but let's face it was not absurd. We also miss a coffee maker or filter door, and enough 50L garbage bags. But we solved these small mishaps also without difficulty. As for the hostess, very requests and kind. It served us very well, and when we need it, the co-host came by to teach us about the artesian well pump. By the way, thanks to the well, we did not have water shortages (a historical problem in the Island of Itaparica ). And the balance? Super positive. Voltaria and recommend the house with certainty. And yet another big sea has grown, it has a great urban infrastructure and the house is close to everything. It's worth it for sure.

i and my family stayed for 3 days, and it was quite pleasant, beautiful place, seafront pool on the front, small children's playground, tables, sombreiros, cool environment.

Communication was a little poor. It took a while to get a response, I arrived at the building without knowing which apartment it was or if anyone would be waiting for me, but in the end everything worked out, with some difficulty the doorman was able to find out which apartment it was and let us in. The apartment is wonderful, very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Excellent location: market, bakery, pharmacy, shopping, good restaurants and the beach all very close. It was very worth staying in this apartment. I could live in it without having to change anything.

We had an amazing time in Ayrton's apartment. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, very well located and decorated with extreme good taste. Ayrton is a great host, charismatic, kind, accessible and helped us with everything we needed. The neighborhood is great, safe and with many leisure options, bars and restaurants.

Yannick is an amazing and very kind host. The reception of the guests, arrival and location of the apartment was all very easy and quiet. The apartment is undoubtedly what is seen in the photos: fully renovated, complete, with new appliances and furniture, linen and clean towels, 2 minutes from one of the best savior beaches and with everything close by - market, bakery, bars, restaurants, pharmacy and winery!

I almost didn’t want to write this review because as a frequent traveler, I usually keep hidden gems like this to myself. But this place deserves the recognition. This penthouse is easily in my Top 10 Airbnbs worldwide. The views are simply breathtaking, especially from the rooftop jacuzzi, where sunsets feel magical. The kitchen is large, beautiful, and had everything I needed. There’s even a gorgeous outdoor brick stove on the rooftop — I didn’t get to use it this trip but I definitely will next time! Alessandra was available if needed, but the home was so perfectly stocked and maintained that I never had to ask for anything. The location could not be better — steps to the beach, amazing restaurants, bars, and shops all right there. Despite being in the heart of the action, the penthouse feels peaceful and private. Everything was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. If you find availability, book it without hesitation — it’s a true gem.

Sérgio is a great host! Always very helpful and polite. The space is not only organized but also well located in the city. In addition, it has some kitchen utensils that are great for preparing quick meals.
