Relax and unwind in a fully renovated 200-year-old house. With all the amenities and total privacy. Close to attractions such as the Senda del Oso (Bear Trail) and with panoramic views of the Las Ubiñas Natural Park. A paradise for hikers and cyclists with multiple routes. The roads are very good, 45 minutes from Oviedo and 50 minutes from Gijon. Although the last 400 meters are for skilled drivers through a narrow track. You can leave the car beforehand and take a pleasant 6-minute walk.

A 10-minute drive to Los Quebrantos beach, 20 minutes to the magnificent Salinas beach as well as Avilés, 30 minutes to Gijón or Oviedo. Supermarkets available a few minutes drive away in Soto del Barco and San Juan de la Arena. Ideal for a couple.
