The phenomenal house. We were several families with children and we really enjoyed it. The village is very quiet and very nice to take a walk and enjoy nature with the children. The only downside I would put in the house is that to go in winter the common areas are very small. In summer enjoying the exterior is definitely a wonder

All aspects of the stay were perfect. We were 5 young couples spending the weekend. Elena took care to make clear everything we could do and how we could take advantage of the time. She was also attentive in case we had any improvises. The house is perfect if you are looking to feel at home. Renovated and at the same time with original details of the house. A 10/10.

The host is a great host. Watch out for the whole time. The house is very nice, in a beautiful setting with horses next door. We loved it. It has swings for children. 100% recommended and ideal for 3 couples, one with a baby and another with a child. 100% recommended

The house is completely remodeled inside but on the outside it retains that unique, medieval, village touch, like from other times. A house with all the amenities you need to rest in a small town near San Millán de la Cogolla, but well connected. All the rooms have a sink and a huge living room-kitchen to enjoy as a family. I would definitely stay here again!!

We were a group of friends spending a few days and the experience couldn't have been better. VillaPepe is a spacious and comfortable house. Everything was spotlessly clean and prepared, with well-kept spaces and tastefully and detailed decorated. The rooms are spacious, with very comfortable beds, and the environment is very quiet to rest. The terrace is one of the strong points, with the chill-out area, with the tent, sofas, sun loungers and the option to connect the mobile with the speakers and play music, it is undoubtedly the best of the house, and we enjoy it both day and night. The house has many options for having fun in a group, and the foosball became our own mini Champions League. In addition, there are charming villages and corners in the surroundings. Ana and Asier, the hosts, were attentive, approachable and always willing to help, making everything easy from the start. A highly recommended stay, which we will surely repeat. VillaPepe leaves a mark.

The house has everything that is described, with 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, and the garden is especially noteworthy. It's a real luxury to eat in that wonderful garden!! Ideal accommodation for family stay, fully equipped with everything you need and with a great variety of table games, foosball, billiards,darts.... located in a beautiful region with many cultural and natural options. Excellent treatment by the hosts,always attentive to the needs of the visitor and willing to improve the stay with their recommendations about the area.

A place to unwind after a busy train journey with many cities. Small hamlet with 15 inhabitants and if you want to go to the beautiful aguilero de Campo: Every car stops on the country road and takes you. That's how they do it there.

It is a very comfortable, beautiful, clean house in a very good location to visit Paleolítico Vivo and Mina Esperanza. During our stay it was quite cold, but the house has underfloor heating and it was nice to be there. Perfect for children (it has games to keep them entertained). Very well furnished. Very comfortable beds. Pilar was very kind, at all times she was aware of what we needed and made us feel right at home. She welcomed us with a couple of black pudding from the area, super delicious! Estibaliz was a friendly and personable host who met us and showed us the property which was just as described. Actually, it was probably better because both bathrooms have walk-in showers, as well as the bath in one of them. Comfortable beds and a lovely location

Very spacious house with lots of light, with a beautiful interior terrace that provides a lot of privacy, where you can rest, read, dine, have a barbecue..... The whole house is very well-equipped, especially the kitchen (very important). A lot of peace in the village, where you can go on walks and hikes to disconnect and relax. Parking at the foot of the house. We slept in luxury, which we value very much. Communication with the host was very smooth and pleasant. Just over 20 minutes from the city of Burgos. Undoubtedly to be repeated.
