Great place on the edge of Salalah right on the beach. Free parking in front. Good wifi and smart tv. Airco throughout. Host was very responsive and helpful. Water and milk in fridge on arrival much appreciated.

Great surroundings around . Like a resort. Nice and clean appartment with everything you need. Need to have a car because visiting places and city are far. Tap water quality and matress quality can be better Overall 5/5 because of great surroundings, clean appartment and fully equipped kitchen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer gated area. Direkt am Kanal gelegen, zum Meer sind es ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, lediglich hat es etwas an Kochutensilien etc. gefehlt. Ansonsten alles bestens 👍🏼

We felt like home. It was nice and cozy. It had more amenities that we could have thought The owner left a nice note “feel free to use” to the amenities. Loved the surrounding. Frankenscene was amazing which always kept home with good fragrance. We never felt we are guests but we felt like we are at home.

Great Location in the marina opposite the island restaurant, one flight of stairs, fabulous views. The place could do it some proper cleaning and better Wi-Fi. It’s location location, location. great host. We would return Ken Mallorca

Saif's listing has wifi, despite the description of no wifi. So that was great. The apartment is on 4th floor, with a very well functioning lift. We had some problem with no water in the bathrooms on the second day, but that was quickly resolved by Abdallah, the housekeeper. No complaints there. Everything in the house worked very well, very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Could comfortably sleep 6 people (3 double beds in 2 rooms), 2 bathrooms, great kitchen, washing machine. Has a small coffee machine, air fryer, gas cooker and oven/grill, microwave, kettle, pots and pans. A chef would be happy here. Very close to the beach, superb sunrise view from the bedroom window. Close to convenience stores, cafes, even barber and laundry. Saif was superb, always responded promptly. Nothing lacking. Not easy to get public transport here though. All in all, highly recommended. Will stay here again if we ever come to this beautiful Salalah.

Our stay (2 adults, 4 kids including a 6-month old baby) was great. Everything was up to (or exceeded our expectations); the only point of slight disappointment was that we thought the house would be bigger based on the pictures provided. From the front side it looks like there are only 2 apartments, but in fact there are 4 in the same house (as 2 others can be accessed from the sides). The apartment has 2 floors with a kitchen, living room, and toilets + a nice backyard downstairs, and a bedroom with bathroom (toilets + shower) upstairs. The 3 older kids slept on the sofa (that can be made a bed) in the living room downstairs, and the adults + the baby slept in the double-bed in the room upstairs. The host also provides 2 extra foldable single beds and a crib, but we didn't use them. Overall, it was a bit smaller than we expected, but still large enough and we spent a great week. Everything was clean, the resort is nice, the beach is not far, the host was responsive and very helpful.

The room was exactly as shown in the pictures – easy to access, clean, and peaceful. It's just a 5-minute walk to Rotana and only 2 minutes to the play area and pool. Alexandra is a responsive host who made our stay comfortable. Highly recommended!

The place is great and as described in the listing and its details. The host is quick to respond making things easier. Wonderful place to stay in a residential compound. A quite and peaceful place to relax. One thing to consider if planning to travel around is that a vehicle will be needed. The place is a bit inward, but has delivery services (Talabat) for groceries.

Great spacious space in Hawana Salalah, with a ground floor living room and the bedroom upstairs. Easy check-in with clear instructions, and the communication was smooth.

The view from the flat was absolutely gorgeous. The place is right in front of a huge and beautiful beach, close to Wadi Darbat, easy to access by car. There is nothing better than hearing the sound of the waves when you wake up. I definitely recommend this place.

If you are looking for somewhere peaceful and picturesque then I would definitely recommend this location. The apartment facilities (beach and pool) were brilliant. Andrin was proactive and extremely from the moment we booked. The location is slightly remote (about 30 minutes from airport and city centre). The apartment itself is was clean, comfortable and as described. We will definitely be back!
