It offers sea views, has an infinity salt water swimming pool and a beautiful tropical garden (ylang ylang, banana trees, mango tree, several varieties of palm trees, guava, etc.) on 2700 m2 fenced, with a carbet. Two charcoal barbecues (in the garden and in front of the house). Presence of water tank to compensate for possible water cuts.
