Located in Sainte Marie, 10 min from R-Garros Airport and 20 min from Saint Denis. It is a relaxing place and it is the ideal starting point for many excursions (Salazie, East Coast, St Denis...). We offer accommodation for 2 adults; thank you for not receiving outside guests without consulting us!

Nice little independent studio in a condominium close to all amenities in a quiet area of Saint-Denis allowing you to visit the North, East and West of the island as well as the cirques of MAFATE and SALAZIE, classified as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. You can also enjoy the pool if you need a break! 10 minutes from the airport, bus at the bottom of the house. We will be there to advise you if necessary. Located in a private property, this apartment is fully equipped: air conditioning, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge, oven, TV, Wii-U (4 controllers) and WiFi. Free and exclusive access to the pool (you will be the only ones to use it), but note that it is not heated. Close to the airport (15 minutes drive) this makes it an ideal base at the same time: for your arrival on the island, to organize your stay; and, for the day before your departure.

The studio with its independent entrance is adjacent to our house, in a quiet cul-de-sac very close to the city center. Guests can freely enjoy the swimming pool and terrace where we will be happy to meet you. You will have the essentials for breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar, jam, butter) and the essentials for cooking (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper...). Less than 100 m away you will find a bakery and a convenience store.

Studio on two floors. On the ground floor, living/dining room and bathroom. Outside you will find a kitchen equipped with a washing machine available. Upstairs, a large air-conditioned bedroom with storage and a desk. The king size bed is equipped with a mosquito net. All in a large wooded garden with swimming pool. Le studio de 24m2 + son patio de 16m2 est niché sur les hauteurs de Saint-Denis à 200 m d'altitude, dans un environnement calme et paisible. Le studio est mitoyen à la résidence principale et à une autre dépendance louée en airbnb. La piscine et les transats sont partagés avec les autres locataires et nous même. Vous serez à mi chemin entre l'aéroport et le centre ville de Saint-Denis (6 km/15minutes).
