This 2-room apartment is meant for either a single couple or for a single person. It includes a 23 m2 living room/kitchen; a 13 m2 bedroom without window (but equipped with an air conditioner), with an en-suite bathroom; a separate toilet; a 34 m2 covered terrace; a garage.

Fully equipped (equipped kitchen, TV with TNT, Wi-Fi internet, mosquito net in the bedroom windows), accommodates 2 people. In the garden you can have a barbecue. Located 5 minutes from the city center and 15 minutes from the village of Tartane where there are many beaches with the possibility of water activities and hiking

Meals are taken with a nice sea view, the apartment is quiet, very well located, 1 km from the city center, pharmacy, bakery, post office and various small shops, you can walk to get your fresh fish, the fish market is 200 m away, and the local market 1 km away, you have two pretty small beaches 5 minutes away, Raisiniers and Cosmy. Located on the Atlantic side, 15 minutes from the Caravelle Peninsula Nature Reserve and 35 minutes from the airport.
