Beachfront vacation rentals in Sainte-Luce

Week of May 10 to 17, 2025 in Carbet. Superb location! Close to bakery and restaurant Petibonum and rum shop Neison. Beautiful sea view and proximity! Place near St-Pierre and Morne Rouge for a lot of sightseeing! Bring water shoes as there are pebbles up to 5 meters away in the sea. Very long beach for walking without sargassum. Nice apartment and full of amenities for the beach. Well-equipped and functional kitchen. Maybe there should be an outdoor shower to remove sand when returning from the beach. Apartment as pictured. Thanks for a great week's vacation! We will definitely go back!

A real favorite for this bungalow, its tranquility, its decor, its view, its bedding, the spa much appreciated after a big day of sightseeing, the kayak to go see the iguanas at Chancel Island (a little heavy to go down and up the path even with the wheels, but we got there!). We were able to enjoy the barbecue and meet on the terrace anolis, gecko, toad… Thanks to Florent for his friendly, fast and efficient welcome. The area is ideal for visiting La Trinité, the Caravelle peninsula, Sainte Marie and its tombolo, the Clément house, the François, the Fonds Blancs, the Josephine bathtub…

Spacious and quiet accommodation. Well oriented (no direct sun) allows you to enjoy the balcony at any time of day. Responsive host. The residence is close to the village of Sainte Luce (possibility to walk there by a very pleasant path along the waterfront). Close to the beach. Close to a main axis to visit the south.

Independent villa on land with superb sea view, very, very friendly sunrise. The villa matches the photos, all the necessary equipment is present. The location is a bit off-center from downtown Le Diamant, but we had a car and the view was well worth it. We traveled the south of Martinique, and the pool was appreciated after a day of sightseeing! We were perfectly welcomed by Fabien whom we thank again.

I had a great time in Sylvie and José's villa basement. José was the one who greeted me, and he was very flexible with me! The accommodation itself was superb: very well decorated, well located, with exclusive access to a terrace, an outdoor hammock and of course the pool with sea view! I enjoyed my stay!

there is all the necessary equipment to make you feel at home. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed. You will even find equipment to go to the beach [diving mask and beach chair] a cabin at the bottom of the garden, very well built, out of sight, in the middle of greenery, flowers and babana trees. the Jacuzzi is a big plus at the end of the day. Perfect for a couple. We spent a week too quickly.

This apartment is for us a gem. The angles of view are extraordinary. You can hear the sound of the waves. Two beaches are very close and so nice. Close to everything we loved it. The space, the size, the cleanliness, the kitchen everything was really spotless and to our liking. Close to everything we are still located in a quiet and relaxing environment. No noisy or disturbing neighbors. We really loved everything. We travel a lot and use AirBNb often and this place is one of our favorites. We highly recommend it. We were my spouse and I with our son-daughter and 6-year-old little boy. We had plenty of space- beautiful privacy so easy. And the few good meals taken from this huge and magnificent terrace. Best Airbnb rented to date! This villa is absolutely splendid and the views are breathtaking. Anse d'Arlet is super quiet, and well located for visiting the other villages and beaches around. We loved snorkeling with turtles and fish, the fresh fish market, the beautiful Diamant beach, but most of all, we always looked forward to returning to the villa to enjoy the pool and the view… thank you for a great stay!!

Very good geographical location for visiting the south of the island. Having access to Pierre et Vacances' infrastructure is a plus. nice coastal path in front of the residence. Thanks to Magali for her responsiveness

Loved our week in Ste Luce. Laurent welcomed us at the apartment and had really nice welcoming basket for us including rhum , punch , flowers , fresh fruits, water juice. The resort is great well locates with a lot of activities

A PERFECT stay. Very high quality hosts; super welcoming and present as needed to help us organize our trip. Very good time spent together and especially an idyllic setting. Big + for the salt pool, very pleasant; the view and vegetation of the garden, exotic; as well as an ideal location to make the most beautiful coves of our stay. I recommend 110% away.

Wonderful week at Maly's villa! The view is breathtaking, the Creole villa is superb, spacious and very clean. The area is very safe, we slept on both ears. Close to everything! The sea salt pool is very clean and perfectly tempered. The room is very comfortable and the air conditioning that works very well allows you to be cool. Fully-equipped kitchen (there's really nothing missing!). We really appreciated the amenities available for snorkeling (palm, snorkel, mask!). You just need to know that during temperature changes (e.g. after rain), it may be normal to see cockroaches in the villa. Like everywhere else in the tropics. Maly is an incredible host! She welcomed us with a homemade punch and a traditional cake. In addition to passionately chatting with us about the main attractions of the island and its culture. <3 She cares about our well-being and quickly answers our questions.

The place was just as we expected and looks exactly like on photos. Right next to the BlackDiamond pool area. + Would recommend this. Overall we enjoyed staying at this place. It was quite close to most of the beautiful beaches and important areas and we had free access to the pool downstairs. Clement was super kind and responsive :) There are a lot of similar apartments right next to each other so if you’re looking for a quiet and private area this might not be for you. The kitchen is on the balcony and you have all that breathtaking view while having your meals or sipping your morning coffee. -Not really a quiet area. There were parties in the weekends and strangers from parties came up and were knocking on our door during the night sometimes. The music is very loud, but during the weekdays or when there aren’t any parties, it is quiet and kind of peaceful. We have read in reviews about the parties and we still decided that it would be okay for us. Thank you! :)

Very good stay in a functional, clean, well-located ground floor accommodation for children who can play in the garden. Swimming pool, ping pong tables, tennis court, beach, water activities, snacks, restaurant, walk along the sea... everything is done to have a good vacation. The vegetation and exteriors are beautiful

Great accommodation, great location with direct access to Pierre et Vacances services (swimming pool, etc.). The support from Thomas was great! Very clear, very available for any questions! We will come back without hesitation!

3 night stay in this apartment of the Pierre et Vacances residence, located in the La Désirade subdivision, which is, in my opinion, the best placed in the entire residence. Quiet, with open views of the trees and the Caribbean Sea. Everything was as described, impeccable. Special mention for the foutas and snorkling masks left at your disposal. Thank you Dominique for these services which made our stay very pleasant.

We had a great time at the villa! The location is great with beautiful views of the diamond beach. The house is as described. The whole family had a lovely time between the beach and the pool, the kids (and the grown-ups) were excited!! I highly recommend this place from Philippe! We had a wonderful stay at Isabelle's place. The place was very clean, quiet and secure, with an amazing view. Isabelle was very friendly. The listing was as described (although we didn't understand that the hot tub was extra) but it was absolutely not an inconvenience. We recommend it without a second thought!

Miguel welcomed us with great friendliness. He was always available to respond to our requests and even organized an aperitif where he introduced us to the preparation of ti-punch. He also introduced us to different typical Martinique toasts, a real treat! Thanks to his valuable advice and a personalized map, we were able to explore the most beautiful places on the island. Miguel is an exceptional person, very welcoming and caring. And what about the apartment? It is simply beautiful, very well equipped, comfortable, and perfectly located. Thank you so much to Miguel! If I ever come back to Martinique, I will definitely stay in his accommodation again.

This place is worth 20 points! I felt very comfortable, this apartment is well equipped, the surroundings are great. There was water and juice for me and also something sweet. There is shower gel, soap, just everything you need to live. Walk to the nearest beach or drive a little to the next one. Everything was just wonderful and would love to move in 😄

We had a great time. The sea view from the large terrace is beautiful. The place is quiet and the small beach at the bottom of the building is a real plus. Sad to leave this place, we were so good there.
