Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Berry house on the edge of a stream, in absolute calm, 7km from Sancerre, consists of a large living room with dining room and lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bedroom (overlooking the stream) with a 160 cm bed. You will have access to the garden, with deckchairs available and private use of the terrace at the water's edge without any vis-à-vis: unobstructed view of the countryside. We live in the terraced house. Bicycles can be made available.

"Mon oreiller dans l'étable" is a small air-conditioned cottage located on the Loire bike route, at the gates of Sancerre and Chavignol and close to Guedelon. Great for a pleasant tourist stay. We welcome you to an outbuilding close to the owners' home, but you will be totally independent. Renovated former barn of 45 m² with private terrace and secure parking for bikes. You will be seduced by the charm of the old stone.
