Mont Chalet is located in Estrie in the small village of La Patrie. About fifteen minutes from Mont-Mégantic National Park. This cottage WITHOUT electricity, offers you the desired comfort by being totally independent. Wood heating, refrigerator, stove and hot water are functional with propane gas and lights thanks to 12 volt batteries. Skiing, snowshoeing and walking are possible on this 270-acre land. Access is the ideal place for multiple outdoor activities throughout the year. It's a bright, peaceful and warm chalet. The private Cartier beach is at your disposal and the public boat launch is just one block away from the cottage. The land is bordered by a wooded area, has a large lawn area to have fun during the day and watch the starry sky in the evening. The huge parking lot is ideal for your boat trailers, mountain bikes or others.
