We had a wonderful stay - a really beautiful house , spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It is a very quiet village with a lovely river , a supermarket 10 minute walk away and a boulangerie within a 5 minute drive . Disneyland Paris is only a 30 minute drive and Paris is easy to get to on the train from Lizy sur Ourcq - it is only 40 minutes and includes one easy change at Meaux. Just make sure you validate your ticket on the machine at your departure station to avoid a fine . The 7 days flew by and we didn’t want to come home , thank you Francois for a wonderful stay !

Great value for money, if you would like to take a short getaway outside the city, Aurora's apartment is a good fit. A small garden to enjoy the birdsong of the forest opposite and the small barbecue. Aurora was very kind and friendly, and flexible. She offered us the opportunity to use her terrace for dinner, which allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the forest.
