Villa vacation rentals in Sainte-Anne

This was our first trip to Martinique. Having visited Saint Martin last year, I wanted more French but less cruise ship tourists. This fit the bill and then some, although I’m sure we felt a bit “cruise ship” to some. First and foremost, Kevin has been incredible this entire process. I probably required a good bit of guidance and he was very kind, accommodating, and helpful. Communication was immediate and efficacious. When we got to Martinique, his mother was there to show us the property and was a very gracious, informative host. We arrived on a Sunday evening during Carnaval which was an extra challenge for getting either groceries or finding an open restaurant. She gave us great advice and set the tone of the week. The property is as beautiful (or more) than the pictures. We didn’t want to be in a town or on a crowded beach. There is so much to do in a short, drivable distance and you actually get to discover the community as well. I can’t say enough great things.

Our stay at Caroline's was perfect! Very nice house with stunning views of the Baie du Marin. Very quiet place! We were 5 adults and 2 children so we had a Renault... access to the house was a little more difficult than with a regular vehicle! lol... Caroline is a very pleasant, friendly host and welcomed us with a planter in the fridge! We recommend Caroline's place ++++++++

The location of the house in StPierre and especially directly on the beach is very nice for enjoying the water beautiful sunsets this house is perfect for 8 people Meals on the terrace overlooking the boats and the Pelée when it wants to show itself are a great moment of pleasure The decor is very successful and tastefully done. The owners have an artist's soul It's a very soothing home where you simply feel good

Beautiful villa with great view! We arrived in the evening and discovered the terrace and the night song of Martinique. However, the surprise and happiness came the next morning when we opened the doors and were able to admire the magnificent view of the village, the mountains and the sea!! WoW. The photos, as usual, don't do the beauty of the place justice. We loved the outdoor layout and the brightness of the house once the doors and shutters were open. The pool is a big plus! It was amazing to enjoy it. It has everything you need on the equipment side. The air conditioning in the bedroom was really nice for the nights. Everything was very clean as well. A note on the entrance and the famous slope…it's not a problem! The villa is in a very good location for enjoying the attractions of the island; near Diamant, the three islets and the beautiful beach of Les Anses-d'Arlet. We really hope to return to this villa.

Corine and Emmanuel are great hosts. They welcomed us with baked goods and lots of recommendations of things to do during our stay. The villa was very clean. Everything was as described in the listing. We really enjoyed our stay.

It is a very pleasant villa located on the heights of Ste Luce with 180° ocean views. Its location makes it very easy to get around. The accommodation and amenities are as described. The garden and the gazebo allow you to enjoy life outdoors. The pool, even if it's not big, is a real pleasure to relax in. Vincent is an extremely friendly and caring host, very responsive and with very good advice. Finally, also note an excellent internet connection, good wifi and a very good quality TV system.

We had a great time at Priscilla and Bertrand's house. The villa is superb, well equipped, comfortable and has a beautiful view. The welcome and stay was perfect. We highly recommend it!

We rented the villa for a month stay with my family and everything was perfect. The villa was very clean and suitable for children, even toddlers. A crib had been made available to us as well as a high chair. There were also pool/beach games for the kids, which was very convenient. The pool overlooking a stunning view of the Rocher du Diamant was appreciated by all. A big thank you to the hosts who were very responsive during the exchanges and thank you to the charming Betty, the caretaker of the house, who always helped us greatly when we had questions or small requests. We felt right at home during our stay and would highly recommend this beautiful villa to all small families.

We had a pleasant stay at this place. The subdivision is located in a quiet, peaceful area and has a very nice view. The host is attentive and very friendly.

We had an amazing 2 weeks in a very well-equipped home with magnificent views of the Diamond Rock, sea and sunset. Not overlooked, which is very nice for enjoying the pool. François and his wife are welcoming, warm and always available hosts, all with plenty of little tips and touches: a pitcher of planter and a beautiful fruit basket awaits you. Thanks again to them for this wonderful home where we have great memories.

We had a great time, the house is superb, thoughtfully thought out, impeccably clean. Joshua is attentive and very friendly. He plans everything to make the stay unforgettable. It deserves 6 out of 5. Refrigerator stocked, essentials available, really great. Go for it, you don't have to go anywhere else.

We had a great time with friends. The accommodation matches the photos, the rooms are spacious, the living room is lovely. The accommodation is very well located 150 m walk from a beautiful beach, and a Carrefour Express. The hosting and communication were very easy. We recommend!

Beautiful accommodation in a quiet and peaceful area with sea views, small friendly beach less than 10 minutes walk with a rather nice restaurant nearby too.
