House is located on 88 acres with beautiful views. House has 2 bathrooms. 1 bedroom with king size bed. 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and 2 bedrooms each with a twin bed. There are two living rooms, an office and kitchen. Trails are easily accessible by both ATV and snowmobile. Property is within 5 minutes of both Little Madawaska and Madawaska Lake. Long Lake is within 15 miles. There are 3 man made ponds on the property along with multiple walking trails in which you may see wildlife.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located on the St. John River at the crown of Maine. Recently constructed as our retirement getaway, we decided it was too nice not to share with others to enjoy as well. It offers a perfect location for nature lovers, ATV and snowmobile enthusiasts, waterfowl, deer, moose, bear hunters and more! An American bald eagle's nest is located close enough you can sit on the 40' deck that's facing the river and enjoy watching them.

Ground floor unit (101) in the front of the building. Centrally located, this luxurious and modern apartment is brand new with all amenities, on the first floor with parking just in front. The snow mobile, ATV and 4x4 trail is located 200 feet away , Tim Horton is just at the bottom of the hill on Main Street. The residential area is super quiet & secure. The mattress is new and exceptionally comfortable. Wifi, heat pump, fridge, stove and more!

Gram's Cabin

Gram's Cabin is the perfect place to rest on your hiking trip to Mt. Carleton, or to unwind on a hunting excursion. Secluded yet modern accommodations include a furnished kitchen and Starkink WiFi to stay in touch with the world. The Cabin is accessible by car, via Route 108. With accommodations for 6, and room for more, this is the ideal spot for a retreat. Gram’s cabin is 20 minutes from Plaster Rock, and 40 minutes from Mount Carleton.

Forest Healing Cabin

Super small round wooden hut in the middle of the forest, located in the middle of a family maple grove, promotes relaxation and contact with nature because you have the choice of having solar electricity or a generator, you can also experience the oil lamp. Perfect for moments of tranquility. Entire accommodation for 4 people (additional fee for more people). Located 1 km on a dirt road that is a little bumpy but very passable.

CABIN #1 - We offer clean comfortable, all-season cabins located in the quite countryside of northern Maine. This Cabin has WiFi satellite tv, Heat/AC, hot water, plenty of parking and quick access to atv/snowmobile/hiking trails. This cabin has a kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, hot plate, toaster oven, coffee maker, air fryer, and all cooking utensils. All cabins have use of outside pavilion with fireplace and grill.
