Studio in artist atelier 10km from the atlantic

Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. Without any opposite this will be your haven of peace, from which you will be 2 minutes from the lake on foot and 10 minutes of oyster tastings from the bottom of the lake. A 1 minute walk you will enjoy the unforgettable lake and ocean point of view that makes the area famous.

The open plan kitchen living room has South facing glass sliding doors, making the room very light and airy. The house was built with nothing but beautiful pine forest behind it. You can walk to the, surf spots, beach, local shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways.

Our house is ideally located, in a pine forest and close to Dax and Saint Paul les Dax. There is a private terrace. We have horses, a cat, and a dog. Close to Hossegor beaches, Messanges about 30 minutes. to see also small bayonne and small Basque village, 40 minutes
