At Neuteau, you won't find standard furniture or objects without a story. Each piece has been found, sanded, repainted, carefully repurposed — and most importantly, with heart. We conceived this house as a refuge, a living place, welcoming, and a reflection of who we are. We put our soul into it, as if it were our own... and we hope it will be a a little bit yours for the duration of your stay. For your safety, the exteriors of the houses are under video surveillance.

Close to the castles of the Valley of the Kings (Chambord, Cheverny, Chenonceau), Orléans, Blois, Lamotte-Beuvron, Center Parc, Beauval Zoo, etc. Hunting, fishing, horseback riding, hiking. Absolute calm.

Beautiful castle dating from 1900, located in the heart of Sologne, 2 km from the city center and the train station of the commune of Salbris. This apartment is fully renovated. 60 m2 located on the ground floor. Composed of an entrance, a living-dining room, a bedroom, a fitted kitchen and a shower room. Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.

In Sologne des Étangs, the Domaine des Vallées welcomes you to its Marronnier cottage. Located 20 minutes from Chambord and Lamotte-Beuvron, home of the Tarte Tatin, the half-timbered outbuilding is located in a 5-hectare park overlooking one of the ponds, itself included in a vast estate. Hikes from the cottage. Adult bikes are available with participation. Villeny is the perfect place to watch and experience the deer rut
