I am a sage-colored barn, located in the heart of the countryside, a little set back from a village nestled near the Perche Regional Park, 2 hours from the center of Paris. I welcome you alone or as a couple, for moments of musarde, resource & serenity...in a living space with double bed, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen For your breakfast, coffee (filter coffee maker), tea, toaster, juicer, and blender are at your disposal, as well as all the basic supplies…

1 hour 15 minutes from Paris Montparnasse, we will pick you up by car. We are 10 minutes from the Courville-sur-Eure train station. Do you want nature, wellness and relaxation without going too far? We offer a getaway 1h30 from Paris, in our duplex wooden cabin, perched in the trees, between 5 and 8 meters high, above a small pond. You will be in a quiet and relaxing environment, will have no vis-à-vis, for a total disconnection in the heart of nature.

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest.
