Rose Retreat is a peaceful, dog-friendly 2-bedroom countryside escape for up to 4 guests including infants. Set within Gîtes Le Chézeau, it offers a living area, well-equipped kitchen, and access to shared gardens and a shared swimming pool, heated from June to October. Guests can also enjoy a shared snooker and games area for relaxed downtime. Enjoy walks, quiet village life, or unwinding outdoors. A welcoming base for exploring the area. Small 80-m² house located in the countryside, in a village of 900 inhabitants, served by the A20 highway and the national road 145. Limoges is 30 minutes away, Gueret is 25 minutes away, and Châteauroux is 45 minutes away. The house consists of a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds. PLEASE NOTE: SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Bed and bath linens can be rented (notify me in advance). Covered terrace and pets not allowed, non-smoking house.

The spacious apartment has 3 bedrooms and a large living room decorated with objects brought back from our travels. With its central location you can walk to all amenities (sncf train station, shops, restaurants, bars,...). Guests can park their vehicle in one of the city's free parking lots near the property (less than 100 meters away).

In our beautiful house, Montfolles, you can relax wonderfully. The house is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. A beautiful private garden where you can enjoy the views. In the village, 200m away, there is a nice restaurant. For cycling and hiking, it is a true El Dorado. Large stores 10 km away. Swimming water 2 km away. The house has 4 bedrooms, 7 beds maximum. Two toilets and two bathrooms. Luxury breakfast is available for 7.5 euros pp.

The house is an old 2-story elevated sheepfold with exceptional views of the Gartempe Valley with its terraced gardens, the so-called "Roman" bridge, the historic district of Moustier and the Saint Thyrse Church. With easy access (4 min from A20 exit 23), 10 min from all amenities, you are also 25 min from Limoges, 1 hr from Poitiers, 1.5 hr from Angoulême, 2 hr from Clermont-Ferrand, 2 hr 40 min from Bordeaux, 2 hr 50 min from La Rochelle, Royan, 3 hr from Paris.
