Pompadour Charming House

The cottage sits in it's own grounds of just under 2 acres with a small forest to the rear and backs on to local apple orchards. There are two double bedrooms (both bedrooms have cooling fans for summer and heaters for winter) a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave etc an open plan diner and comfortable lounge. There is french and english satellite TV, Wi-fi Internet and there is a covered terrace which faces south for outdoor dining.

Saint Robert, one of ‘Les Plus Beaux Villages des France’, is only a few mins away or 20 min walk.

The Estate under the Abbey

A cozy gîte (43m2) located in the countryside 5 minutes away from the horse town of Pompadour. Here you will find a beautiful castle, racecourse, eateries, terraces and shops. There are nice villages nearby, with markets, hiking trails, swimming lake and swimming pools within driving distance. The gîte has a private parking space and an enclosed garden. Pets are allowed in consultation. We charge a surcharge for this (indicate when booking). Parties/indoor smoking and vaping are not allowed.

Converted from the old stone farmhouse, bread oven & piggery, great care has been taken in retaining old beams, cobbled floors & original features, which, combined with the modern facilities of a walk-in shower room, fully equipped kitchen, outside under cover dining, secluded private patio, use of the nearby luxury pool & a pellet burner for colder months, offers couples the ideal romantic Corrèzian retreat at any time of the year.

On the top of a hill in green countryside, our lodge is located 4km from Pompadour (the "city of horses") where you will find all conveniences. Our lodge is a renovated old farmer house. It is ideal for a couple as well as for a 4 persons' family. Many board games are available. The former grassland has been designed  with a permaculture spirit. Our label Terlenn suggests several educational permaculture related tracks : self gathering, wool felting, small DIY... We also sell our products.

Le Chambougeal Gîte with private hot tub

Come and enjoy the calm of the countryside in this gîte completely renovated between 2022 and 2023 located in Lagraulière. The town is ideally located at the crossroads of the economic centers: BRIVE (30 min), TULLE (20 min) and UZERCHE (15 min); and close to the A20 and A89 highways accessible in less than 15 min. This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The Gîte des Combelles is easy to access, located 500 m from the village of Pompadour. Close to all amenities, with its National Stud Farm, Hippodrome and a magnificent castle. In summer you can enjoy equestrian shows, horse races, country markets with local producers. Enjoy hiking trails, horseback riding and ponies, but also a municipal swimming pool and many activities in the surroundings.

Artist's cottage, disconnect! The "Gite de l'atelier" is a typical Corrèze charming space furnished by an artist to make you feel calm, surrounded by beautiful objects in a natural setting in the heart of an old hamlet of sandstone and schist. A great place to disconnect and breathe! You can also take courses organized by Olivier Julia on metal arts. (information on the artist's website in his name)
