Furnished in an old farmhouse (97 m²) nicely renovated, our cottage is located in a small quiet hamlet and surrounded by nature, next to our house. We are located between Futuroscope (40 minutes) and Poitevins marshes (1 hr). We are 25 minutes to Poitiers and 30 minutes to Valley of the Monkeys. Many walks are possible from the cottage thanks to the proximity to the Forest (1 km). Our cottage is classified in furnished tourism 3 stars and Gîtes de France 3 ears.
