a great 2-night stay, small cottage very well-equipped, a peaceful and very quiet place. I was greeted by their son and then I saw the owners. Both were very cordial and very friendly! a perfect cottage to be quiet near nature! pets accepted at no extra cost which is not common 😊 cleaning equipment in the cottage which allows you to do a little cleaning before leaving 😊 the mini plus in my opinion would be a fenced yard for the doggies but it's really not a flaw far from it. Otherwise, thank you again for this weekend in your cottage and if the opportunity arises I will not hesitate to come back. I would recommend this cottage without a problem! Great value for money! Very responsive and friendly hosts! Pure happiness.

We were lucky enough to discover this haven of greenery and tranquility for a weekend with friends. Between discoveries of Sancerre and activities offered within the house, we would have liked to extend the stay to continue enjoying the pool and various amenities. Fabienne was always very responsive and present, which allowed us to take possession of the premises in a serene and complete manner.

We had a perfect stay. The house is fantastic and fully equipped to have a carefree and pleasant stay. Liliana was always available to answer our questions. Beautiful surroundings and nature, we will definitely be back!

A true haven of peace. This stay was an enchantment. The place is full of charm, with authentic architecture and a soothing atmosphere. The delicate smell of roses climbing on the facade added a magical touch. It felt completely disconnected from the world. Thank you to Aurélie for a warm welcome, beautiful house with a very large garden where adults and children can enjoy different facilities (barbecue, tables, deckchairs, trampoline, swing...) The house is a real Ali Baba barracks with nice objects, very spacious. Aurélie was very responsive to our questions. We enjoyed the house and the visits around, especially the Guedelon castle.

We had the chance to enjoy Gérard's accommodation one night to enjoy an evening with friends. The accommodation is well arranged, clean, and offers the necessary basic amenities. Staying at Nathalie’s beautiful estate was an unforgettable experience. Nestled in a lush and tranquil green domain, her land feels like a hidden gem — peaceful, picturesque, and perfectly maintained. The surrounding nature is breathtaking, and every corner of the property reflects care and love. What truly makes this place special, however, is Nathalie herself. She is an incredibly warm and gracious host, always attentive and ready with a kind word or helpful tip. Her homemade breakfast is a true highlight — fresh, delicious, and made with obvious passion. From pancakes, to flowerbeignets, to breads to local specialties, every morning felt like a treat. This is more than just a place to stay — it’s a little slice of paradise made exceptional by the personal touch Nathalie brings to everything she does. Highly recommended!

With this welcoming and functional house that benefits from a large garden at the back, you will have the opportunity to visit Sancerre, Aubigny and the surroundings, while having the possibility of gathering a dozen people around the barbecue and in quite spacious rooms. Carole is a responsive host and offers very clean accommodation. Don't hesitate!

Aurelien is a friendly and welcoming host. The house is large and beautiful with a huge garden in the countryside. She's super nice no matter what time of day. Although a little old-fashioned (small electricity problem among other things), it is well-equipped (the game room is great) and really nice. We had a great weekend and recommend it.

Fabiens place is lovely. The space is larger than expected. The shower room is great. The dressing room a nice touch, the open plan to downstairs feels nice. The place is tastefully decorated and has a lot of character. One very minor criticism it would be that the pool cover is a chore to put on and take off. An mechanised cover would make a difference. However it is a great size and was very comfortable to swim in given that it is well heated. I would recommend anybody to use Fabiens place for a shorter or longer stay. It was a joy to be there for our family of 4 and we would consider visiting again sometime.

this house is amazing because of its peaceful location in the middle of the forest. A beautiful enchanted interlude that brings calm and serenity. Equipment, bikes and games that exceeded our expectations. We were 10 girls and the bedrooms and bathrooms were quite numerous. The atmosphere of the house is great and it feels perfectly good. It's extremely welcoming and the impression is that it's inhabited and not a rental. It feels like home. An experience to redo. If you're bringing children, they'll be thrilled. And if you come without you, you can go back to childhood. Thanks to Alexis for this wonderful experience.
