View towards the Dronne and the castle. 500 meters from the campsite and beach, tennis court, canoeing and kayaking and several hiking trails to the neighboring towns. The house has a dining room, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor and upstairs a balcony with panoramic views, shower room, toilet, a master bedroom and two small bedrooms for three children.

Gîte de Laplagnotte

House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). A couple with four children or a maximum of three couples can be accommodated. Beds made and towels. Separate bathroom and toilet. Independent and fully equipped kitchen. Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The gîte (110 m2) is an old winegrower's house completely renovated in 2018.

You'll love staying there for its comfort and tranquility, with its southeast-facing terrace, jacuzzi and garden (not enclosed). PLEASE NOTE: Jacuzzi included for all rentals between May 1 and September 30. Outside of this period the jacuzzi is extra, on request.

The beautiful Girondine is happy to host you in its adjoining gîte (40 m2), nestled in the heart of the vineyards, its wine activities, located only 1.5 km from the center of Saint-Émilion and provides parking and bicycle shelter. Franco-British, Jany and her daughter Felicia will be happy to welcome you and advise you on the tourist sites to visit. We offer a classic or continental breakfast included in the nightly rate. Hi , I welcome you to my home, in a charming outbuilding of the house, for a stay in the heart of the vineyards in the village of Grézillac, 15 minutes from Saint Émilion. The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with bathtub and garden. Ideally located, in addition to the wine landscapes you can easily go to Bordeaux, the Arcachon Bay or Dordogne.
