For a stay in Normandy, this is the ideal rental, located between Mont St Michel, St-Malo on one side and the landing beaches, Caen, Deauville, Etretat etc. on the other. Philippe welcomed us upon our arrival with kindness, a small bottle of cider in the fridge as a welcome. He listened to us in relation to what we wanted to visit and sent us good detailed addresses throughout our stay on the different visits and dining places and various things to do in the area. We had a lovely stay. The place is peaceful! The cottage is very nice, very clean, and the bedding is good quality. The garden is lovely! and the kids were able to enjoy the pool.

Everything was wonderful, we really appreciated the tranquility and the animals, especially Kimi who visited us several times I recommend shopping and cooking directly there as there are no restaurants nearby, the kitchen is really well stocked and in the outdoor space there is also a private grill already equipped with what you need to light the fire.

We had a great time with friends. The house is ideal for both families and groups. It is perfectly located, tastefully decorated and extremely well equipped. You can really feel the attention to detail and the care taken to ensure the comfort of the guests. Everything is designed to make you feel good, from the accessories and products provided to the layout of the rooms, all with their own private bathroom – a real plus! The exteriors are spacious, very well maintained and perfectly equipped: heated spa, large covered outdoor table, deckchairs… Ideal for making the most of sunny days in a friendly atmosphere. A big thank you also to the owners, very welcoming, available and discreet. Their kindness and responsiveness made a significant contribution to the quality of our stay. We warmly recommend this place.

We were warmly welcomed by Régine and Laurent. They are responsive and very friendly. The cottage is modern and comfortable and at our convenience. It is close to all the beautiful places you wanted to see: Mont St Michel, Dinan , St Malo, Cancale and its coast... And we had sunshine😉.

The place was exactly what we were looking for, a good size & very comfortable, Steve was very friendly & helpful. The location was great but a bit out in the sticks, which is really what we needed. I would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage very much. The location is ideal, close to the bay of Mont Saint-Michel, which allowed us to fully enjoy this beautiful area. The cottage is comfortable, well-equipped and perfectly located for discovering the surroundings. We would highly recommend it!

This is the second time we've stayed in this house and we're still just as satisfied. The house is practical, well-equipped, spacious, with a pleasant exterior. We were able to go quickly to Mont Saint Michel by car for a visit. I recommend this rental without hesitation!

An excellent place to relax after a day of 'stepping' and to the shades of the bay and its natural richness; all this with a beautiful view of the Mont-Saint-Michel; but the greatest asset is the warm, warm, warm charm of Isabelle.

I have nothing to say about my stay. Very bucolic, peaceful place, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Host are very kind and responsive. I needed them, and they called me back right away. Clean home, true to photos. I totally recommend this accommodation 👍🏻 and thank Caroline and her husband.

That was amazing time we spend in Joan apartment. Very well equiped, clean, cozy, spacious. Perfect for families with kids (our 2 and 5 years olds boys were enjoyed playing in the garden). We know that we will visit Joan again and for sure longer than just one week.

We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we immediately felt at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even with less weather, it is a super cozy house. We enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!

A lovely, cool and comfortable house. Parking right outside. The garden was particularly lovely at night with all the lights. Very restful and relaxing. Thoroughly recommended.

We were greeted by a very smiling, warm host, who immediately made us feel comfortable. The accommodation is very clean, well decorated, modern. The rooms are spacious with very good bedding. The 3 bathrooms are modern. Well-equipped kitchen, there is also a freezer if needed. Outside, the view of the surrounding countryside is superb. You can see Mont Saint Michel. Granville is only 25 minutes from the house. There's even a pétanque court! In short, don't hesitate to rent this place, you won't be disappointed!
