A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

The moulin cottage is situated on the river in a stunning peaceful setting.. It has its own private garden where you can fish or just relax.. There is an outdoor and indoor pool in craon.. Never had such a good welcome. The house was beautiful, quiet and very clean. The swimming pool was great as well as the domain of the castle where we could admire deer and squirrels. We had a super welcome by our hostess and host in their castle with a snack and a drink. This house is ideal for people who want to escape the hustle and bustle and relax for a while. Because of our son who was with us, we did not go out for dinner and were always able to cook in the cottage. What was also new to me was the confidence to stay in a house without a deposit. This is an address to remember and come back within a few years.
