Saint Laurent la Vallée: in the middle of the countryside

In the middle of the countryside, studio attached to my house, with independent entrance, including a kitchenette, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom with Italian shower and private terrace. The 10 m X 5 m swimming pool, deckchairs, is shared with myself. Shelter for eating equipped with a plancha, table + 4 chairs. Ping pong table. We are located between Belvès 10 km away, a charming medieval village, Castelnaud 10 km away, Domme 18 km away, Sarlat 20 km away. The pool is open at the end of May.

Intimate maisonette in the center of the picturesque village of Daglan. This comfortable nest is a few meters walk from the shops, very quiet protected by the Church. The duplex atmosphere combining exposed stones, wood and green plants makes this accommodation quite unique. The mezzanine offers a cozy bedroom under the roof. The garden and the large private car park are located a stone's throw from the ramparts and the famous market. You can access the property via a private road and relax in complete tranquility, while having immediate access to the medieval city. You will thus be able to enjoy Sarlat without the inconvenience of traffic and noise.

Welcome to this atypical Périgord-style cottage ideally located on a hillside close to the Dordogne Valley and Causses du Quercy. The accommodation is located in the extension of the owner's house, not overlooked. The pretty village of Daglan is 2.5 km away. It is bordered by the river "le Céou" which flows into the Dordogne a little further. The place is ideal for recharging your batteries, hiking (mountain bike trails on site) and visiting the area.

Our 1 bedroom cottage was renovated in 2022 and offers the perfect place to relax and unwind. Whether you’re dining on your private shady terrace or taking in a dip in the 11m x 5m swimming pool (shared with the owners and open from 09H00 – 20h00). The property is nestled on the edge of a small chateau estate and the owners are the only neighbours within view. Perfect for a romantic winter getaway!
