We absolutely love the house and its beautiful surroundings – it truly feels like a happy place. The house itself is very comfortable, and the location is perfect for hikes and day trips. But the real highlight is simply spending time in the garden, enjoying a glass of wine or cider while watching the sea. It’s the perfect holiday home for anyone looking to slow down, unwind, and just breathe for a while.

We had an enchanting break at the mill: the environment is very refreshing: views of nature all around, quiet, large garden, outdoor space, river adjoining the accommodation. Quiet secluded location but close to shops by road and tourist villages and beaches. The accommodation in a mill renovated to modern tastes was atypical and full of charm, beautiful stones and a place with a history shared by our host. For the interior, very functional and very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable and well-prepared bedding, nickel bathroom. Once again the views from the windows of the river and nature were very soothing. It was a pleasure to meet Jan, our host, who showed us around and generously shared with us. Our children really enjoyed the ping pong room and meeting the sheep. Thanks for sharing this beautiful home. If the opportunity arises, we'll be happy to come back.

Loved our stay here. Very close to the beach and the city center but on a very quiet street, it was perfect for us. It also is located right near a great hiking trail , which we appreciated. Would love to come here again sometime.

The property is nearly new, perfectly equipped and the swimming pool was a good size. Sharing the pool with the property next door wasn’t a problem as we took turns. The local area has a beautiful coastline with good sandy beaches and without the crowds. We would highly recommend the local restaurant Le Theven. The host of the property Nathalie was extremely helpful, there for check in and provided us with local places to go and tourist information. We will be back!

Eric is punctual and very accommodating. The accommodation is very functional and well equipped. It is located at the foot of the beach and the GR34 and the center of Carantec is easily accessible. Thank you for accepting the dogs. We had a pleasant stay in a beautiful part of Brittany.

We had a wonderful time in Carantec! The place was very clean and our little daughter had a lot of fun crawling in the apartment and discovering the garden. This is such a lovely holiday home. It’s right on the water, there is outside seating front and back to maximise sunshine, the house is beautifully set up and decorated, and the kitchen is really well-equipped. 3 really comfortable bedrooms. Laurent was an excellent host, going well beyond the norm to accommodate our last-minute booking. He met us at the property and also gave us some lovely recommendations in the area

Very nice stay for a few days, the apartment is tastefully decorated, good location and very quiet. The view towards the port and the lighthouse is very nice, a pleasure to unwind.

Very nice house, 10-15 minute walk to the landing stage. Small shop with all the essentials. Chez Therese 40 meters away, very convenient, superb beach nearby. We enjoyed finding board games for our children (5 and 7 years old). Tastefully decorated.

No bad surprises, the apartment is as described in the listing. We didn't miss a thing. Almost anything can be done on foot. In short, a 3-day stay at the top with the sun as a bonus. The island of Batz, accessible via the shuttle, is also a must-see. We rented electric bikes on site for the day. It's a little expensive, but the discovery is worth it, it's beautiful. I recommend the café at the port in Roscoff, the team is super friendly and the food is very good.
