Vacation rentals with a patio in Saint-Pierre

The apartment was well decorated and clean with lots of amenities. Our phones did not work so we had a small issue locating the place but once we were able to call the host our taxi was able to find it. The host communicated very well during our stay and accommodated us for extra hours after check out for a small fee which we were grateful for. The apartment does not have the full view of the city but we did enjoyed the outside patio and the views we could see. It was very quiet and cool and good for relaxation.

Very nice accommodation with a large terrace with a bird 's-eye view of the bay of Anse à l 'âne. The natural and normally uncrowded beach is a 3-minute walk away, you have to go down, then go up a little. The home has all the comforts for a family, largely matches the photos. The pool is shared by 4 homes, but there is really no one. Great place close to the attractions of the south and west of the island.

Very nice little apartment a short walk to the beach, restaurants and lively square. Great private parking and it is well located for island tours.

Well located, beautiful viewpoint, minutes away from restaurants and shops, adequate directions. Variable service hours (swimming pool, restaurant), better to ask on site than to rely on the display but this is not the responsibility of the landlord. Good overall experience.

Self check-in is super convenient. The place is close to the beach and full of activities around! Small plus for all the equipment especially mask, fin and snorkel which clutters our suitcases for nothing, it's the best

Had a pleasant stay. The accommodation is very well located, functional, clean and quiet. Having stayed in Martinique several times, I certify that this is the best place I have had! Cyrielle and Xandre are responsive and friendly hosts. I would 100% recommend!

We spent a week at the lower part of the house. The views are exceptional and truly more impressive than the photos even do justice to. We were lucky that there was no one renting the top of the house during our week, which gave us a very private and quiet setting. We adored the pool overlooking the ocean and mountainside. It’s very idyllic. Overall the space is exactly as described, with the majority of the living quarters being outside and the bedrooms and bathrooms being indoors. The kitchen is basic but has all of the necessities for a vacation. The bedrooms benefit from very strong A/C. Fred was always responsive and accommodating. A great host. We would definitely recommend this villa!

Impeccable accommodation located in a green setting. Pascale and Eric were very welcoming and always available when needed. The accommodation is well equipped and mosquito nets are placed on the bedroom windows, so we had no mosquitoes at all.

We loved the villa. The hosting was great OMG with Caroline, she is very nice. She took all the time it took to explain to us everything we needed to know about the house, we really appreciated it. Erkan also responded very quickly to our questions before our arrival and after we contacted Caroline who also responded very quickly and always friendly. The place is beautiful, very lit with always a nice breeze. It is very well located and secure, beautiful sea views even if it is at a distance. The only small disappointment we had and mentioned to Caroline was that there was no BBQ as mentioned on the listing, Caroline offered us her (so nice of her part) but finally we organized ourselves differently. Basically everything was perfect, we recommend the place without hesitation. Thanks Erkan and Caroline.

Simply exceptional!! Very clean, nicely decorated and well-equipped accommodation with a magnificent view of the Caribbean Sea. Everything has been thought out for guest comfort. Thanks again for a very good stay at the Villa. It matches the photos, extremely comfortable, and the pool is superb: it's a real plus… The villa is close to the beach, just to the right as you exit into the street, we really enjoyed being able to enjoy the boat trips offered by Karine, the kitesurfing school nearby, and walks on the Îlets du Francois, a real little paradise! Our stay at Catherine's was great! The check-in instructions were very clear, and what a pleasure to enter this welcoming, ultra clean and fragrant home. The house is true to the photos and everything is thought out for the comfort of travelers: nothing is missing in our opinion. If you are undecided, you can go without further hesitation: the accommodation is well located for visiting the north and center of Martinique and Catherine is very responsive to messages and always very friendly. In conclusion, Catherine and her house exude kindness and hospitality.

Sylvain's apartment is a haven of peace! The decor is neat, the amenities are complete and the cleanliness is impeccable. I only stayed one night. I wanted to stay longer Sylvain was responsive and available by messages or calls. I would recommend it.

Great studio on a totally independent mezzanine in a private holiday residence and very close to the city center of Saint Anne (10 mnt on foot and 4 by car) with the beach at 300 meters. Really ideal location 15mnt from the beaches of the South. 🌴🌞 Regarding the apartment we found it even better in real life than in photo, spacious with a large terrace and the mezzanine room. Board games are available and Charles is very responsive and friendly with small presents when we arrived who made us happy! I recommend Charles's place 200% for your vacation, you will not be disappointed! Camille 😁

Very nice accommodation, located in a quiet area. The views are beautiful. The accommodation itself is great, spacious and well-equipped. As a bonus, we had the pleasure of discovering a small bottle of planter as a welcome gift. We would highly recommend it.

A very nice impeccable accommodation, in a secure building, with swimming pool, great location, about 100 m from Anse à l'âne beach and a large parking lot. It differs from others rented for years, as it was found to be functional and equipped. Everything is done to make you feel "at home" and that's exactly what we experienced! To top it all off, we received a very warm welcome from Ludivine and small, much appreciated touches awaited us: a bottle of fresh water, a bottle of punch, fruit and even brioches called Pomme-Cannelle, for breakfast the next day. The exchanges shared before and throughout our stay were always cordial and fluid. Ludivine is sincerely a very attentive owner! All this clearly contributed to making our vacation really enjoyable and unforgettable! If we have the opportunity to come back, it's obvious that we'll be happy to rent it again!
