Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Pierre-en-Auge

Vanaf begin een warm welkom van Julie, en een warm gevoel bij het binnenkomen van het huis. Een mooi, gezellig ingericht huis, met alle voorzieningen. Gelegen in een rustige, groene omgeving. Veel privacy, grote tuin waar de kinderen konden spelen. De ligging van het huis is gunstig, om te combineren met trips in Normandie. Zoals bijvoorbeeld de invasiestranden, Honfleur. Wij hebben intens genoten van het huis, een ervaring om niet te vergeten!!

Accueil avec beaucoup de gentillesse, bel endroit très calme avec des voisins supers et très discrets (cochon, chèvres, âne). Belle maisonnette bien décorée et fonctionnelle. Les confitures, le cidre et les friandises trop sympas ! Merci pour ces belles vacances Michèle

Eine traumhafte Location um die Seele baumeln zu lassen und sich traumhaft zu erholen. Ich hoffe wir werden eines Tages wieder in dieses Haus zurückkehren können!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette prodigieuse maison où l'on se sent immédiatement bien grâce à l'accueil et à la réactivité de notre hôte. Ces quelques jours passés en famille resteront inoubliables et les prestations proposées y sont certainement pour quelque chose ! Et que dire de ces merveilleux couchers de soleil observés depuis le canapé ! Nous avons déjà hâte de revenir.

Beautiful property and surroundings and an amazing host! We had to change our plans at the last minute due to a family illness.Hélène was emphatic and went over and above to accomodate a new date. We will definitely stay again if travelling through the area and would recommend to anyone. Thank you Hélène for being so warm with us it means a lot!

Très bon week end dans cette très agréable longère Normande. Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants et sympathiques. Le logement proposé est conforme aux attentes, fidèle au photo et très propre. La salle de jeu a ravi notre petite fille de 2 ans; elle a également profité du jardin et de la découverte des vaches qui séjournent dans le pré adjacent. Je recommande vivement ce logement si vous avez envie de calme et de déconnexion.

We had a wonderful time at the gîte in! It was clean, cozy, and well-equipped — perfect for a family getaway. The kids loved the spacious garden, and we enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with beautiful countryside views. The location is great for exploring Normandy while offering a peaceful retreat. Friendly hosts and thoughtful touches made our stay even better. Highly recommend for families — we’d love to return!

Romain Et Céline's AirBnb was a lovely little retreat in Caen. You can reach it from the train station with a 30 minute walk or you can take the tram which gets you there in about 10-15 minutes. The location is in the center of the city. It is a five minute walk to several restaurants for dinner and you are never further than 20-25 minutes walk from most of the popular tourist sites. The listing itself had all the promised amenities. There was not much sound at night so we all slept well. Three of us comfortably used the space. The internet was also able to handle all of us using it at the same time. The shower also had good water pressure and hot water. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and the check-out instructions were quite reasonable. Romain messaged to ask how our stay was going was quick to respond whenever I had questions. I had a wonderful time and would be happy to rent this AirBnb again.

It's a delightful little paradise! The apartment is snug and cozy, the garden beautiful and peaceful. I had a lot of fun during the short (or sometimes longer) chats with Guy. It's clear that he is passionate about the region and has a lot to tell about it. I had a little less contact with Jocelyn, but she is very friendly as well. To be honest, I felt a bit like staying at my grandparents, which was a nice feeling. The location is perfect. A lovely hiking trail passes right in front of the door. All the 'big sights' of Normandy are in reach within a day-trip. All in all I enjoyed my time there a lot and I definitely hope to come back another time.

Nous recommandons ce logement: cosy, propre et bien rangé, de la place pour les affaires, bien situé,… Tout est fait pour se sentir chez soi mais en mieux. Il y a même une jolie cheminée électrique. Nous reviendrons et avons hâte de séjourner de nouveau au Chalet d’été. Nous remercions Magda pour sa réactivité et sa communication fluide et conviviale (et bravo pour la propreté!).

Cozy unique apartment with beautiful view to an old church. It is also in a beautiful shopping street with pubs and restaurants. The aparment itself has everything you need, and you get alot of value for your money. The owner answers quick and with clear instructions. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is amazing - beautifully decorated, comfortable and in the historical heart of Caen. At the same time its quiet and private. We loved it! Marie is an amazing host - warm, very responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

Très bon séjour dans une villa magnifique qui correspond exactement au descriptif. Le plus la piscine couverte et chauffée, un jardin agréable et des activités pour tous. Les hôtes sont très sympas et très accueillants. on recommande vivement cette belle villa pour des réunions de famille ou entre amis.

We voelde ons direct welkom in dit typische Franse verblijf, overal was aangedacht van een Haard die klaar stond om te ontsteken tot een gedekte tafel met een heerlijke chocolade taart! Naast elk bed stond een flesje water met een Madeleine voor de nachtelijke trek. Wel hangen er door heel het huis briefjes met instructies, maar wanneer iemand gewoon normen en waarde kent zijn de reglementen vrij logisch. Misschien een tip om deze regels te bundelen en op de gedekte eettafel te presenteren zodat alles gelijk duidelijk is ipv door heel het huis. Wij hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit pittoreske Franse huis.

L’attention portée aux détails était remarquable, avec des touches personnelles qui ont rendu notre séjour unique : des draps frais et doux, une literie de qualité, une cuisine parfaitement équipée, et des petits gestes attentionnés qui font toute la différence. L’emplacement était idéal, nous permettant de découvrir facilement les merveilles des environs tout en profitant d’un cadre paisible. Chaque moment passé ici a été un pur bonheur, et nous repartons avec des souvenirs inoubliables. Merci pour cet accueil chaleureux et pour avoir fait de notre séjour une expérience mémorable. les + : Maison confortable très bien située et parfaitement calme. L’accès rapide à la plage autorise des belles balades et aussi l'arrivée à Honfleur par l'estuaire. Les deux terrasses sont idéales pour les repas à 7/8 personnes, le grand terrain est parfaitement clos et sécurisé pour enfants et chiens même petits. La route assez fréquentée longeant le terrain ne génère pas de nuisance. Selon le sens du vent on peut être légèrement dérouté par le bruit des torchères du Havre (sur l'autre rive )ou le passage de quelques gros bateaux qui font le spectacle ! les - : si la cuisine est parfaitement équipée en terme d'électroménager, il manque toutefois deux ou trois ustensiles fondamentaux comme les maniques de sortie de plat du four et des grands couteaux de service. Le fonctionnement de l'éclairage du salon est resté un mystère pour nous ! (coupures intempestives). Globalement, la prestation est conforme à la description calme et confort sont au rendez vous.

Nous avons passé un superbe week-end pour l’anniversaire de mon mari. La maison est magnifique, décorée avec goût et tout le matériel nécessaire pour passer un merveilleux séjour (billard, babyfoot, piscine, bain nordique, cuisine grande et très fonctionnelle!) Merci à Adélaïde pour son accueil et sa disponibilité !

The cottage was everything advertised and more. Beds were very comfortable; literature was provided for local attractions, groceries restaurants; emergency contacts, etc. Loved the horses on their breeding farm, and the serene rural setting - just the perfect distance from everything we came to see. Our gracious host, Venessa, was bilingual and spoke English, which made communicating with her much easier. The kitchen as well as the entire cottage was beautifully furnished with everything we needed. She had even provided games, and other children items -which we didn’t need - but we appreciated seeing the details given to the needs of visiting families. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool or hot tub, but would have enjoyed spending time at both amenities, given more time for our trip. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone desiring to travel to the Normandy area of France.

We had a wonderful week in this property just outside of the town of Deauville. The house is located in a quiet suburban area with a Carrefour just a couple of minutes walk down the street which was very convenient. The large walled garden was great for the kids and the table tennis table, sun loungers, outdoor eating area, and table football all proved popular! The house itself is absolutely stunning - a beautiful traditional style timber framed building. The interior has a lot of exposed wood beams and very high quality furnishings. Everything that we needed was provided and we were very comfortable during our stay. The local town of Deauville has plenty going on including shops, bars, and restaurants. It's a pretty place with a harbour and some canals - lovely to be by the water. Between the house and Deauville is a wide sandy beach with stunning views along the coastline from Villers sur Mer to La Havre. Well worth a visit!
