Set in the heart of Verteuil a petite citie de caractere in the Charente we welcome you to Ma jolie petite maison, a one double bedroomed gite that sleeps 4. The building is over 200 years old and has been completely refurbished in 2024. With exposed stone walls and original fireplaces, lit by vintage French chandeliers and tasteful wall lights, the gite is both cosy and comfortable. During your stay you will have exclusive use of the heated swimming pool and a large Moroccan style barn.

Wisteria Cottage is set in a small village surrounded by countryside but only 5 minutes from the local market town of Ruffec, with all its shops, restaurants and amenities. Close to the N10 with easy links to Poitiers and Angouleme, we are on the borders of Charente, Deux Sevres and Vienne. Wisteria Cottage is completely separate from the owners property with it's own driveway and beautiful gardens full of fruit trees.
